Now you are let loose to talk about whatever Fenrir Greyback related theories, rumors, and other things you would like to.
I think that he is planning to only be loyal to Voldemort until he feels he has gathered a large enough army to over throw the wizards like he plans. Voldemort will probably stop this from happening by getting rid of Greyback when he can't use him anymore though. One random thing I noticed is that in the whole of HBP it never talks about him trying to use a spell or a wand he always just goes for physically ripping. I'm not sure if this is because he hasn't been in more than one scene, because he enjoys ripping things a lot, or because he may be a muggle werewolf. Something that Ex-professor Remus Lupin said somewhere else on gaia intrigued me. He said that in some legends that if a werewolf kills the one that it him or her, he or she will become normal again. So maybe Remus will lift himself of the curse by killing Greyback.

There is a possibility - a very thin one, but a possibility nonetheless - that Greyback will try and bite Harry. We know that Fenrir specialises in children, right? And he wants to take over the place with werewolves, right? So although Harry isn't quite a child, he is still young, and would be a good target because of his fame and influence. Fenrir might think that if Harry was a werewolf that would help the werewolf cause because so many people like him. And also Voldemort might set him on Harry using that reasoning to persuade him. If this theory comes to pass, then I think that Peter will use his silver hand to save Harry. It is there for a reason, that is clear, and I don't like the idea that he will kill Remus with it. So I came up with this one instead.
Hey, I just had a thought. Fenrir might try to bite Harry at the Dursley's house, and get Dudley instead. Hehe. Die Dudders. twisted

I'm not sure about Fenrir being a muggle. It is true that we've never seen him with a wand, but would Voldemort ally with him if he was a muggle? Not to mention the Malfoys, with their pureblood mania, being 'family friends' with him. And would Borgin be afraid of a wandless animal?

I think it would be in character of Fenrir to try something like that but I doubt he would suceed. I think Voldemort wants to finish Harry off himself. I really hope Peter doesn't use his hand to kill Remus, that would be horrid. Oo idea, what if Fenrir were to kill Remus and then Peter kills Greyback with his hand (okay now I am becoming a bit too far-fetched) Dudley might look cuter with claws and fur don't you think?

Good points. Voldemort probably wouldn't want to be assosiated with a muggle, no matter how scary and evil. But, for the sake of argument, I'll add that Voldemort probably thinks that werewolves are beneath him and is only allied with them because it will help him in the future with that in mind he already wouldn't think that Greyback was up to his standards and will only keep him around as long as he is usefull. The Malfoys are a very Slytherin family I think that they would over-look Greyback's muggleness (if kept hidden) if he proved helpful to them. The Malfoys seem to be the kind of family that will do anything to get to the top and to stay there so they too could be using Greyback to scare people into doing what they want. Borgin might not know that Greyback is a muggle (I doubt that Voldemort would want that spread around) and people are affraid of Greyback not because of what he can do with his wand but what he does with his nails, teeth and so on.

RegulusofSlytherin *thinks that the cat in Acidic's sig reminds her of Fenrir attacking a child* It does a bit, eh? Its on random setting, but theres another one of that same child being booted into the air by a granny. rofl It's so evil.
It has been suggested before that Dudley would look better as an animal, by Hagrid in Philosopher's Stone. Although in that case it was a pig. blaugh

Jo already said that silver doesn't effect werewolves in her world (personally likes that because it squishes the Peter killing Remus with his hand idea). I'll see if I can find the exact interview. Remus does handle all the silver stuff in Grimmauld Place just fine, though, so if I can't there is proof there.

The werewolves aren't affected by silver? *giagantic sigh of relief* Peter won't kill Remus! (at least with his hand anyway) this is an awesome bit of information. I'm sticky noting this into my copy of "Magical Beasts and where to find them"
I forgot all about Hagrid half turning Big-D into a piggy, how shamefull of me. He really would look better as a critter.

Hmmm...well, guess the Harry Potter RP is completely AU then over in the slash guild because silver did effect Remus there...I have an obsession with werewolves...have since before the Harry Potter books so I have a book that has all this information on them...like, did you know that werewolves mate for life...its also said that if they kill the werewolf that created them...they become human again...
