I got my pre-ordered my Plantinum today. I pre-ordered it back in February and was told I got the figuring when I picked up the game then it turns out the assholes at the store handed them out when you pre-ordered the game. It really ticks me off, I purposely pre-ordered the game to get the figurine. I still have the receipts so Nintendo's getting a really nasty e-mail from me.
If anybody has any information of how to get in touch with Nintendo directly please let me know.

how about going to nintendo.com and either go to trouble shooting, or costomer support. I'm really sorry that you didn't get it though. sad
