I Just Wanna Know Who You People Think Is The Strongest Tactical and Strength wise.

For me it would have to be Sasuke. Hes as strong as ever and he analyzes his battles (sometimes)

WARNING: MY POST CONTAINS SPOILERS~

I believe Naruto is the strongest tactical and strength wise. In Shippuden anyway...In Shippuden he gets much smarter. Plus, so much more stronger. Throwing the Rasengan everywhere...Heh. Well, that's just my opinion.

But, if you're talking about before Shippuden, I'd have to say Kakashi. He's strong with his Chidori and all. He has brains of course. I mean, Jonin have to be smart. Well, probably not completely...Well, those are just my opinions.
