On My system I have a NVIDIA GeForce 8200m G intigrated graphics system which seems to get kinda hot usually after games ect I've looked at the NVIDIA X Settings in Linux and i think its said my temp was up to about 105 C and the lower left corner of my Compaq Presario CQ50 gets warm to the touch.
Anyone Know what Temp it should be running at?

Not at 221 F no hardware should get that hot, anything over 80 C is when you should worry. I think its time to open your laptop clean it out, check your North Bridge, maybe even check your heatsink over your CPU to see if it is running correctly if your system can get that hot then something is not running right. You also may want to do something to increase air flow on your laptop, buy a cooling pad or put something under your laptop to raise it up, or take a more drastic approach (iirc Sitwon was talking about this in the CT forums) and drill holes in your keyboard to let are though it, if you do this you may want a backup keyboard and be very careful when doing so.

Right now when it gets that hot i get a regular fan and lift the laptop I think its mainly a design flaw because the vent for the GPU is on the bottom without much if any gap bettween the laptop and the table its on there is vents in the back but proabably a lot of hardware blocking the heat from escaping as well
P.S. Im thinking of sending it over to bestbuy or the like to clean it out at leset if they break it I have some one to blame

Nah you have your sensors set up wrong. Try choosing another sensor, because if it was 105C thats about 220F, thats above boiling! You're chip set, along with motherboard would be melted.

I know gonk but what ever temp it getts to It stops workin as well (frame Rates drop get really choppy ect.)
on my winblows partition I was lookin at the (Supposed) temp of my CPU (Athlon 64 X2) and it got around 80 if not higher C
I took a vacuum cleaner to it and its better but still gets pretty warm.
Also the setting (default/ Unchangeable) to slow down the Chip was 250 C 0r something (after Your laptop burns your house down xp )
