I really liked Inuyasha season 1 ending theme, but that could be because it was my first anime and I watched it sooo much.
BUT I do really like the DN Angel ending theme, I can't remember if they had more than one.. If so I liked the first one.
I also really like the Fruits Basket ending theme, it's happy and fun.
