We'll need a public Hiatus list so anyone could come in and post saying their life is hectic and cant be around alot for x amount of time

Basically Im proposing a hiatus list so that anyone BUSY in life can let the guild know their not ignoring us, using other guilds,lurking, and minor mess,but actually have a legitimate reason for not posting
Any ideas or suggestions to add to this proposal?
