Amegakure had been in a civil war for many years before the arrival of pein ( Nagato ) And the akatsuki. The village is under very secure surveilance at all times and is strict with laws that all are ruled under. The Three Sannin of konoha, jaraiya, tsunade, and orochimaru had gotten the title of the three legendary sannin of konoha from the former kage of Amegakure, who had been killed by pein.. Soon after pein killed all links to the former kage, and the shinobi tied with his part in the civil war.
There is no specific place in amegakure for a kage, but pein, the new "God" of amegakure is located in the largest tower in the land, and that is the base operations of the bandit gang Akatsuki.
There is no specific kage in this village to the Rp will just be a normal village like the others, but with a "God" as the ruler of the land.
Me being the "God" all missions will be given from me or a akatsuki member.
Edit: Also, feel free to make your own Rp's, as long as they dont string out into killing characters from different villages. Other than that, go nuts.
