Legede made his way outside as quickly as possible. He had not been expecting to run into as many complications as he had thus far. Upon entering where the soldiers were stationed, the captain had learned that Elandere was the captain and that Legede could do nothing without the other Elf's consent. A few of the older soldiers however, good friends of Legede, had agreed to help gather the warriors, even if it was not a sanctioned action. So now, Legede was giving orders to the few Elves who would listen to him. Those who would not, were then ordered to by higher ranking soldiers who were still quite loyal to the white haired Elf.

"What are you doing?" Elandere demanded, running into Legede in the courtyard. The white haired Elf turned, "Legolas said 'They are coming' and I know that is the sign that Melkor's army is on it's..." "I do not care why you are doing this. Legede, you do not have the authority to ready the army, especially without consulting me first." the other replied angrily. Legede shook his head, "We have little time, Elandere. You can take over operations if you wish, I care not. What I do care about is keeping my friends safe. Understand?" Elandere nodded, "Go back and alert his highness that precautions are being put into action. I have already sent a scouting team out to investigate." "And they are not back yet?" The Elf shook his head, "No." "Then they are likely dead already. Get this army ready, now Elandere."

When Sario walked outside, she noticed elves running about, preparing for the battle which was soon to come. There were also some men, who had picked up on the scene but waited nervously for news from either Aragorn or Eomer. It suddenly hit her that it hadn't been too long ago from the first fight. And then the lightning storm. She wondered whether or not they would be strong enough to face the army. Finally she spotted Legede, but he was conversing with another elf. She walked over, but Aragorn stayed behind slightly, instantly being flanked by his warriors who had spotted him. "Legede," she called, coming up to the two and turning to the white haired elf. "Thranduil has said that all power's been directed from Elandere to you."

Legede smirked before looking back to Elandere. The other Elf was livid, that much was certainly plain. "Elandere, I am not here to try and prove anything to you. My number one interest is in defeating Nufeniel and Melkor, as well as protecting those I love. You are Thranduil's new captain, Elandere. It is your job to make sure no harm comes to the Royal Family, or to the people of this Realm. I will take no job from you, but do not get in my way either." Elandere glared at the white haired Elf for a moment before quickly turning and rushing away. Legede sighed, looking to Sario. "And to think, he never had a problem with me BEFORE I left."

Sario frowned, watching after Elandere. "I'm sorry, I didn't realize that was him..." she murmured, her eyes returning to Legede. "Aragorn was with me a moment ago. He is probably talking with his men." Straightening, the woman gazed around. "Is there anything that I can do?"

Legede nodded, "There is always something for us to do." he replied. "I need you to make sure you're ready for this, Sario. When Nufeniel arrives... I want us both to be at our best."

"I know," Sario gave a faint smile, her eyes still wandering around the place. Where was Talli? She figured he would have arrived before she had and might have already been conversing with Legede. A second later the rogue appeared beside the two elves. "Sorry," he apologized, adjusting his robe. "I had to go see for myself, at least on the walls. Your guards brought in someone new not too long ago, but they couldn't see anything beyond the horizon. Theres a fog, and the scouts that were sent out earlier disappeared upon reaching it."

Legede nodded to Talli, "I know and, I am quite sure, that those scouts are either dead right now, or being held as captives. I am hoping that they will not be used against us, but I can not be sure." he sighed, looking over to the nearly ready soldiers. "They will be here soon..." the Elf's eyes landed on Talli, "Are you up for this fight, Tallison?"

"Of course," Talli replied with a smug grin, crossing his arms. "What about you guys, are YOU ready?" Sario nodded, the smile still on her face.

"I am... still working on a sound plan." Legede replied. "But as to fighting, I am quite ready for the fight itself."

"Hit them hard, hit them swift and leave them stunned," Talli's eyes narrowed, taking on a far off look. "My orcs will be in there, and they'll be determined. They're also stupid, so they'll rely on the battle plans I taught them." "It might be a good idea if Talli could lead the offense," Sario suggested, looking between the two elves.

"And I agree." Legede replied. "I will be busy healing those who are wounded, plus looking out for any appearance by Melkor. I will not have the time to give orders." he looked to the rogue, "Tallison, if you could corrodinate with Elandere, it would certainly help things run smoother."

"And Sario here," the rogue gestured to her, "Will work on the defense, I believe. We can't rule out the fact that Nufeniel might cause another lightning storm." At this, the Maia seemed a little uncomfortable but she let the look pass. "But yes, just point me to this Elandere and I will do my best to help."

"He would be the Elf who stormed out of the study earlier. And as for the lightning storm... I do not know. Nufeniel normally tends to reuse spells... but would she be so bold as to cast it when she is on the battlefield as well?" Legede asked.

"If she is desperate enough," Talli answered that question, not suring if it was rhetorical or not. "But it'd take a sacrifice and some concentration for her to do it and believe me...I'll keep her busy from casting any spells." He smiled a little. "But yes, I think I know who that is...So if you'll excuse me, I'll find him." The rogue turned, and walked back inside.
