I have been visited by Mary before....
My home is built on a dog shelter from the 1800s. Many times... like, once every two weeks, I get this person whereing a tux saying, "How much will you pay for the dogs?" Dogs: Slave hunters.
I always tell them, I don't want yo' dogs! Get out'a here! Slavery has ended!

I've had my fair share of spirit visits. Of course most weren't that pleasant. Though I my deceased grandparents do visit me occasionally when they know I need some comforting.

Sometimes I wish my grandpa would come visit me, but then I wonder that maybe he is buisy in the spirit world, or maybe he stays by my grandma's side? Anyways I grew up with my grandparents and my siblings and I always saw and heard a very tall man walk down the hallway in the middle of the night. We called him Ben. Sometimes (I slept in a big bed, in a small room by myself) I would feel him sit at the end of the bed, or even lay down next to me. I often thought as if he thought he were still alive and just thought he was going to sleep, because I would occasionally awake to someone seemingly accadentally knocking me in the back with their elbow, or rolling over and then breathing down the back of my neck. Sometimes it even felt as if someone were stroking my head, but if I ever did look, noone would be there. Since I moved from California to NC (Its been a year) I got married. A couple of times my husband and I have seen shadows move quickly across the room, or even the floor, at night when we still have the light on or when we're watching TV.

I have many encounters with my grandpa, most of them are pleasant...With the exception of certain holidays. He has been with my family since his death in 1969 (I can go as far back as 24+ years with Grandpa). My worse visitor is my mother...whom still gets on my nerves sweatdrop

I live in a house where this ghost likes to visit me when I'm just about to sleep. And one of my friends lived in a house that about twenty people died in it and the house tried to kill my friends dad multiple times but failed thank god!! My aunt and my grandma do visit my family time to time but only to help us out of sticky situations.

I've seen a ghost once. it was when I was in elementary school, and I was playing in my school's chapel. the school was empty because I arrived early. then I saw this nun inside the chapel, then I greeted her, but I can't see her face clearly, I was like: "whatever", but then when the nun said to help me pick out the weeds at the garden. i did as she said, then she said thank you to me when I turned my back at her, and when I looked back, she's gone.
