» Personality: He is generally a nice guy on the outside, but he doesn't actually care about anything. He tends to get annoyed easily when he is tired or alone. Other than that, he knows his manners, and he make some people feel too uncomfortable because of them. But when he gets angry at someone, he turns cold, cynical, and sometimes sarcastic. He is pretty laid-back and he doesn't like to blame people for anything. He doesn't like to move, let alone stand up and walk around. He used to be more rude and annoyed back when he was alive, but he decided to fix his personality in Rukongai. He seems to be pretty sensitive about love, especially because of the particular timing of his death. (see history)
» Appearance: Katsumi is a tall guy with grey hair, and stands a bit less about six and a half feet tall. He remembers that his hair was black to start off with, but he dyed it grey in America. He has orange freckles under his deep blue eyes. He wears a pink kimono with a blue hakama.
» Likes: Large dogs, cheerful people, magic tricks, spicy food, climbing trees.
» Dislikes: BUGS. He is usually seen with a fly swatter in his hand.

- - - Sometimes, I wonder who I used to be. ✱Date of death: March 25th, 2009
Time of death: 9:42pm
Family: An older sister, a mother and a father.
Background: Katsumi started off as a normal Japanese kid until the age of 5, and got sent to an American boarding school for 10 years. As he stayed in the school away from his family, his attitude started to become more and more twisted. He ended up making bad choices and bad friends. Eventually, he was sent back to Japan. In Japan, he became the leader of the delinquents around his place. Although he was a delinquent, he had amazing grades. His dream was to become a neurologist, unlike other kids around him. On the day of his death, he asked Satou Hana (佐藤 初花) to be his girlfriend after school. She smiled and told him that she will give him an answer on the next day, and giggled as she skipped away. Anyone could see that her answer was a yes. Too bad Katsumi died right after that. It was also a day before his 18th birthday.
Cause of death: Car accident. The driver was a drunk man in the mid-30s. He blacked out while hitting Katsumi.
