What can I do????? Those of you who have read my posts against Dementia Clothing know that I no longer order from them. Well, understanding that they are busy, etc, I did email them TWICE that I want a refund for my orders, that I've waited a year for them and have recieved nothing but the top. She said she'd send off the skirt like two months ago (this is part of the order from last year) and I still have nothing. I ordered something else as an Xmas present for a friend and I have nothing. After emailing her about this, she has also failed to respond. So, not only do I not have what I ordered, I have no refund. What can I do? I cant just keep bombarding her with emails saying I want my money back. I'm not in her area to confront her presonally. Any suggestions?

Get some legal paperwork.
Right now i cant think of what it is called. But it is basically a paper that is a request for funds owed. It is also usually the first step in legal action, now it doesnt matter if you really plan on taking it to court or not. Usually recieving those is enough to get a response.
Also, you can mention the possibility of reporting her to the better business bureau, that usually works.

That's true, because that's severely irritating. It would have been nice to have those things, but s**t, I'd rather have my money back. I believe I will email her that though, at least saying that I'd rather not report her, but I will not hesitate.

once in a while a company will overcompensate to make sure you dont want to report... so i hope that happens

CaptainRedBeard there you go! good luck... once in a while a company will overcompensate to make sure you dont want to report... so i hope that happens Okay, I send the email. Hopefully I'll get SOMETHING back.... I even sounded as nice as I could without sounding too irritated.

Don't forget that sometimes you may have to be a little harsh to get something if being polite gets ignored for too long. Either way, good luck.

Actually, I got an email from her saying that the status is now DELIVERED. So, we'll see what happens, yeah?

either way it shouldnt have had to go on this long and escalate this far...
