For Now any People that are from the movie or introduced thourgh the RP or other topics like that are NPCs which means SS Spyro Devil or Caitlin Crask will take them over but of anyone wants to play them just PM Super Saiyan Spyro Devil or Caitlin Crask and ask them who you want to be OK
