Chisato-chan The bottom of the front page says: Established on Sat Sep 25, 2004 11:57 am I bought the guild used. It was cheaper. The true opening of the guild was Oct. 27, 2005. Well, thats when I put it together. No doubt, it opened a little earlier than that. I like the party idea. We'll have a party on March 12th to celebrate the opening of Les Miserables on Broadway in 1987. Another question, would anyone donate gold for a subforum in which to have the party or would this be just one or two threads?

I would just like to randomly comment on something... I'm a new member, and this is my first day here, and I just want to say how cool I think this is. Everyone here is awesome, and knows this show back to front, and I already love this guild!

Hello all. As you know, I've been promoted to the proprietor of this Guild and I am in need of your help. There are certain conditions in this Guild which are not to my liking:
-Lack of participation by members
-Lack of new membership requests
-Not enough events to keep us happy
-Too much clique-y-ness (not within the guild but the guild as a whole, it seems like we're too scared to expand our borders)
-Not enough funding for subforums and such
Does anyone have any suggestions that might help out? I'd like to hear your opinions...

I think we should start by cleaning up.
Like, send out a PM to all members telling them if they don't respond within... lets say a week, they'll be banned. This was pretty secessful in another guild I'm in... well, at least for alittle while.
And clean up the forums to. Delete repeat topics, ect.
I think that'd be a good first step.

Okay, there's also the matter of a guild account. I think someone should create (or use an already activated) account and name it Victor ' Hugo or something so we can keep all the funds there. Maybe I can appoint a treasurer with that. We're going to need gold for subforums and I'd also like to have art contests/singing contests/cosplay contests...etc. so we might need some gold and prizes for those and they can be stored there too. What do you think?

~delWhat about you try a roleplay subforum? I heard that was tried awhile back and failed, but we can always try again? Within that subforum, we can have... like.... A barracade RP, a general book-cannon RP, general musical-cannon RP (because alot of the character s would behave differentally), maybe even a post-mis RP that like takes place after it ends? Contests are never a bad idea And we could probably push the Off Topic subforum alittle more. Like nobody posts there. The only problem with a treasurer is, who would have acess to the money? Contests are never a bad idea. mrgreen I seggest we start out with something simple; like a chatterbox-esqu lotto to raise money. Maybe charge an entry fee and the winner gets 50% of the pot? So we have some money to play with for other contests? A donation campaign may not be a bad idea either...
