This will be a 1 on 1 sparring match between Andrew and Qastor, there will be no judges for this match. The terrain is a cavern that is extremely tall and wide but, very shallow in depth and opens one way to a nice grassy woodland area with a waterfall flowing from above the cavern to the left and right of the opening.

Andrew stepped out into the clearing of the grassy field. He was wearing his battle uniform, seeing as he passed through a Senkaimon. Qastor was right around here somewhere, so Andrew turned around to face him. "This is quite a nice setup you have here. I needed a little practice." Andrew then bent down to stretch his legs, then his arms. "You sure that you're up to this?" His face kept it's usual light smile, hair blowing in a slight breeze.

Qastor swiftly walked into the area of woods rather calm place nice for a spar and not too exciting in a way to upset his condition. He walked up to Andrew shaking his hand," been a good while my friend I have recently been struck with an illness since the little incident we had. Caitlyn is doing well and my spirits are still high these days, though my death may be nearer every second I would hate to disappoint. Being more benevolent in my older years Im afraid most rashness has left my body, trying my best to entertain you my old friend will be quite the task at hand for me. You see though you grow stronger I grow weaker I hope this isnt drag-," he caught his knee and coughed lightly about three to four times.

Andrew quickly dropped next to him in response, one hand going towards Qastor's shoulder. "Are you sure you're up for this? We don't have to do this now." Qastor's health came first. Sure, this spar would help him keep in shape, especially since he has Yusuke and Tetra to keep track of. The practice would be needed greatly in helping Yusuke practice for combat related situations, and Tetra... well, was Tetra.

After catching his breath Qastor arose,"no really I am fine shall we start after all resilience is nothing if you dont use it." Qastor positioned himself and closed his eyes taking a few deep breaths, he thought to himself well body I hope you are as strong as you used to be. He stretched a little then leaned forwards as if he was at the starting line of a race or something similar to that type of occasion. He arched his ankle then took off with shunpo he wasnt as fast as he used to be but he still managed to do it at a decent pace. Once in range, Qastor started out with slow hand to hand tactics, a punch and thrust here and there a few kicks, like a paced warm up he had to progress into his tactics now a days.

Removing the hand as Qastor rose, Andrew followed as well, crossing his arms. "Well, if you say so..." The sound of the shunpo signaled the beginning of this little spar, so Andrew unfastened the little clasp that kept his cross in his sleeve, letting it dangle in the air, already beginning to absorb the reiatsu from the air around it. The form of Qastor rush straight towards his gave him a slight sense of nostalgia. That was his style... Andrew could tell that Qastor wasn't at his best from the speed of those first strikes. Going along with that, Andrew just decided to dodge and block most of them, cushioning the blows like a trainer with training gloves. He decided he'd do something a little interesting and moved around to Qastor's outside with the last punch, leading the strike downwards to the ground, to where he could push him down if he didn't resist, or pull him up and push him backwards if he did.

Qastor wasnt at his best but he wasnt stupid, at this he lunged foward hitting the ground in a weak roll coming up on the other side of Andrew. "Hope I can still do this," Qastor took out Giganio and pointed him at Andrew," Im not strong enough to fight with out him anymore." Qastor came toward Andrew in a charging manor his hands were shaking slightly and his blade looked as if it was vibrating by the time he got close to Andrew. He didnt want people to know but his condition was progressing much faster than it should be. His muscles were already deteriorating and he had started coughing blood recently as well which had become trapped in his lungs slowly filling them. He no longer slept and pretended to get in bed while he sat up at night looking at stars in the sky studying them and taking time to study most of the books he had in his office. This new enemy of recent had caught his attention and he wanted to know everything, so he turned the gotei 13 inside out even resorting to ancient text he had still hidden in his secret room.

"Going to there already, eh?" Andrew quickly responded by removing his personal Seele Schneider from his belt and activating it, the deep blue light flowing forth to match the length of a katana. This Seele Schneider was a bit different than most, being Andrew's personal protection item. Rather than being thin much like a katana, it had a barred handguard and was much thinker, resembling an English longsword. "You know I don't prefer sword fights." He then brought his sword to bear with Qastors, clashing in a block. After blocking the strike, Andrew stepped back, disappearing with Hirenkyaku, reappearing black behind Qastor, about 30 feet back and 10 feet up in the air, strafing to the right a bit. Seele Schneider replaced at his belt, he produced his bow and drew back an arrow. "You know I like to fight from afar." Three arrows were shot in a strafing manner, one to land to Qastors right, left, and center.

Qastor chuckled a little," I still have some fight in me you know I wont go down that easy." Qastor leapt in the air calling out to his zanpakutou," Divide and Conquer Giganio," The blade split into two dual bladed swords both with large handles and medium sized long blades. He began to shunpo rather fast and rushed at Andrew spinning one blade over head while holding the other sword out towards Andrew, like a jouster.

The attack was completely obvious. This was what Andrew was good at handling. With a smile on his face, he fired a bright, electic arrow straight ahead at Qastor, aiming for the chest. Then as the arrow closed in, he dropped down and under Qastor, like sliding in to home base. With Qastor hopefully preoccupied by the shock and brightness of the first arrow, he fired a volley of arrows at and around Qastor. After this, he hit the ground with a forward roll and kept running for the forested area.

Qastor used the jousting sword to reflect the first arrow then turned around to see the new volley," oh god more of these things its my own fault for getting into this too much." He took the spinning blade down in front of him and compressed his reitsu into it, spinning it to block the arrows and knock them away. Of course being in a weakened state this didnt work like it used to, he broke the defense by using the second sword to knock one arrow into the other proceeding this movement with a series of slowed difficult dodges. He stopped to cough for a moment then shunpo'd after Andrew, his legs began to falter a moment and he stopped to steady himself before continuing on at a much slower shunpo.

Within the forest, he could still vaguely feel Qastor keeping chase. In here, Qastor would have the advantage up close, but Andrew could practice a bit with controlling his arrows. It was something he still wasn't too keen on doing, but could prove fruitful, especially with his electric arrows and how fast those buggers fly. So bringing his bow to bear, electricity arching off the arrow, he shot one straight up. In his mind, he motioned it back down towards where he had ran into the forest. Upon hitting the ground, it would release a small wave of energy, shocking those touched and possibly paralyzing those who weren't tough enough to withstand it.

Upon getting closer he felt something coming his way being that his senses are now keener in his weaker state. He noticed the arrow and jumped as high as he could, being not much but still, he jumped. Seeing it a good reason after noticing what happened upon the arrows collision with the ground, he dropped back to the ground with a slight stagger and flew off getting Andrew in his sights. After this he tried getting in close enough to where he could attack him in close combat, using a flash step type maneuver he tried to pull a quick double flanking attack. Upon execution he couldnt see if he had hit or not because he had to use his last flash step to get into a hiding spot, he needed a short rest no need to over extend himself. His reitsu was draining and weak he returned Giganio to its sealed form, leaning against a distant tree for a moment he meditated slightly to help his quick recovery.
