I went to the shop to buy the some toys. I have no idea why though...it's not like this orb is gonna change into a human...is it?

I also bought the orb a blankie so the fog wouldn't escape. Cute, huh? 4laugh heart

I live in a small village on the outskirts of Durem. There is a forest that blocks my village from Durem.
My house is very messy, though I love to be organized. All this stuff about Seraphiies is making my house a mess!
Master Bedroom : This is where I stay. I love my fluffy bed! The drawer next to me is where Negel sleeps. Hehe its so cute that he sleeps in there! *whee*
Guest Bedroom : This is where all teh guests that come over stay. It's got a great view of the woods!
Kitchen : I've spent most of my time here ever since I got my new job at the bakery. I've been experimenting with some new recipes, but Negi is afraid that I might make the house explode with my cooking! But he loves everything that I make so he says its okay as long as he gets a treat.
Living Room : I watch a lot of TV so this room is one of the most important rooms! I tried using Feng Shui in this room since it's important to have everything aligned!

 These are the notes Renault has taken while observing these "Seraphiis" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 8.11.06 :: I guess this teenage rebellion phase in Negi's life, all thanks to me though, caused his emotions to sitr up and I guess that's what made Negi grwo into a teenager! I hope I solved the problem and I hope that he won't do anything rash again! Wait, what was the cause of the problem anyways....? I seem to have forgotten.... 4.1.06 :: At the lantern festival, Negi and I watched the fireworks and played games, but at the end of it all..Negi changed into a child!! He looked so much different...and he could..talk! But after that, he created a fog and started a commotion. I hope he never does anything like that again! 11.19.05 :: I started to have weird dreams. I got really paranoid and dropped the orb into the river where I found it. But guess what! A fog began to appear around me and the little Seraphii came out! I wonder what I should name him.... 11.1.05 :: I found this strange orb today. It was in a Lake. Remember that.

 Kay & Watt :: Met her on the streets outside of my village. She also had a orb! She told me to touch it, and it shocked my whole body! When I touched it, I thought I saw a spark of lightning! But I think my orb and hers are tied to the same thing. I need to look into this some more.

Gorachii & Remiel :: Met her on the streets outside of my village. She also has a Seraphii! She told me hers already grew into a Seraphii already, named Remiel. Also hers was a pile of dust she found in a old mansion. She even met Lena!!

Hatter & Andulvar :: Hatter was very nice, but something about her was a bit odd...she was a demon! She said she wouldn't hurt me, but I was still a bit scared...Andulvar was her Seraphii, he seemed to be lonely...he also didn't seem to like the company, especially Negel's.

This is where I will put archives of the quests me and Negel have taken.Quest . Grab Your Brushes!______________Quote: The benches outside the HQ need a repainting. Go find some brushes and paints, and get to it! Make sure to make the coat nice and even... the benches are supposed to compliment the centerpiece of the front yard, the fountain! (What color will you paint the benches? What method will you use? Who will you get your supplies from?)
Renault trotted towards the HQ and entered the building only to find that Kohae was gone doing an errand. The receptionist did say that she Ren a note. It said that he was free to color the benches any color he wanted, as long as it complimented the fountain and the courtyard. But she also said that they had no supplies anywhere in the HQ. "Great. Just great. Where am I supposed to find paint supplies?! I suppose I could go to the store to get them, but I have no idea which way it is!" Negel, awakening once again from all the noise that Renault was making, pointed to a direction sleepily. "Do you think that's the way?" Negi responded with a nod and started to float towards that direction. "Hey! Wait up!"
A few minutes later Renault found the store. "Negi was right!" he thought as he entered the decently small store. He saw a cashier reading a book and started to ask her a question, but before he could speak, she put her finger to his mouth and paused and read for a bit until she turned the page. She placed the book down and said, "Don't interrupt me at the most suspenseful part!! But whatever. What did you want to ask?" Renault was surprised from the woman when she suddenly spoke up and had to hide Negi quickly, "Err...Well. I wanted to know where your paint supplies are." She sighed as he picked up her book and pointed to a big sign that said 'Paint Supplies. Aisle 3.' "Thanks?" he said as he walked towards aisle 3 and he looked around, trying to hide Negel in his jacket. "Stay there okay?" he said as Negi pouted and looked away.
Ren took awhile picking out the paint and supplies and left the store, after he paid of course, with a bag full of different colors. Mostly shades of light blue and white. He had the idea of painting it sky blue, to match the sky and the fountain, and add some clouds and some stars. He didn't want the benches to look exactly like the sky so he chose to get a darker shade. He thought it was a pretty good idea since the Seraphii had clouds and it sort of reminded him of heaven. With all the Seraphiis with wings. And of course Kohae.
Renault arrived to the benches and was quite surprised when he saw them. "Kohae was right. These benches really need a make-over. The paint is all chipped off! And of course, it isn't done very neatly. Someone was sure in a hurry." he sighed as he sat on the fountain's edge. He gently lifted Negi and placed him down. "As suspected. He's asleep. Well what do you expect when he is only a baby? I hope I can get this done before he wakes up! I want to surprise him!" He quickly laid out the paints and paintbrushes. "Wait. How should I paint these? I want them to be neat and long lasting. Maybe I should paint the whole thing first and then...." he rambled on and on until he finally decided. He would paint them all once then when they dried he would paint over another coat. Then he would paint on the clouds and stars with the smaller brush. "Okay! Perfect!" Ren rolled up his sleeves and started to paint.
It took about two hours to get all the benches coated once. He assumed that it would take around three more hours to paint the other coat and the clouds. When he finished, like he assumed, he took 3 hours. He was actually proud of how they looked! They really matched the fountain really well. "Phew" he sighed, "They look perfect! I hope that Kohae likes them!" Last but not least he got out a paper and felt tip marker and wrote 'DO NOT SIT!! WET PAINT!!' in big, bold, neat letters. He was finally done with the job! "What a day's work!" he sat back down on the fountain's edge to stretch his legs. Negi rubbed his eyes and blinked twice. He looked at the benches and squealed. He was really happy. "Well we have to go now. I'll just leave the receptionist a note for Kohae telling her I'm finished. Let's get going." Renault gently picked Negi up and started going home.

Quest . Scare Away the Raccoon______________ Quote: A pesky raccoon has been hanging around the HQ lately... it keeps knocking over the garbage cans and clawing up the newly-painted benches! Somebody needs to scare it off and keep it away! (How are you going to scare it away? How and what are you going to use to keep it from coming back? Will you repair the damages it caused?)
Days later, the same raccoon came back and caused even more chaos. It seemed like papers on the receptionist's desk in the building were all torn up, garbage cans were tipped over, and the benches that Renault had painted were scratched! The raccoon seemed like it wanted something, or it just wanted to cause more havoc than there already was trying to find pest control with the phonebook all torn up. But it seemed like it was the Headquarters? lucky day for Renault and Negel were walking right into the building. "What happened here...?" questioned Renault as Negi flew off to look around. He had never been there before, well with his eyes open that is. "It seems like a pest, also known as a raccoon, has torn up the building!! Everything is a complete mess. We need someone to help...Wait a second." the woman glanced at Ren with a mischievous grin. "Unless you want to help?" Renault stumbled on his words, but one phrase came out, "Umm... ummm..." "Kohae might get angry, you don't want that, now do you?" "Ugh... if I have to..." "Great!" exclaimed the girl.
"I have no idea how I got myself into this...? Renault had changed into a different set of clothes and somehow had a cage to trap the raccoon in. He had no idea how he would pull it off, but he was willing to try. The idea was for Negi to scare the raccoon away with some light fog and for Renault to catch the little bugger. Ren didn't know if it would work though. Negel looked over to his guardian and giggled. "Are you ready?" asked Renault. The Seraphii nodded and said, "Ayup!"
All they were waiting for was the slightest bit of movement and of sound. Right on time. A rustle came from the bushes as two little beady eyes looked around to see if the coast is clear and it jumped out of the bushes and walked towards the fountain. It was since the kidnappers-to-be were hiding in other bushes near the one the pest was in. Ren gave the signal they had made just seconds earlier and the little Seraphii made as much fog as it could, making it not as harmless as the other times. The raccoon jumped and it tried to get away, but it couldn't see! The fog was very think, but not as dense, and the raccoon soon got confused and ran right into the cage. "Gotcha!" yelled Renault as he locked it.
Negi popped out with a big smile and floated over to the raccoon. It stuck its tongue out at is while the raccoon tried to claw at the little child. "Eek!? Negi jumped and hid behind his guardian. Renault chuckled and said, "Well, another job well done.?

The Beginning______________
The morning sun slowly drifted away from the earth as a thick fog approached the river. Right then a mysterious object fell from the sky and into the river. It made a silent splash, it could not be seen or heard...
Ren walked down a rocky road, going to the festival sight. The sun's rays stroked his back. He glanced at the river as the glare from the sun made him flinch. "Ahh!" he exclaimed as he covered his eyes. He thought he saw something glitter in the river. He looked closer and he saw something. "Is that a...pearl? What would something like that be doing here?" He reached into the icy cold river, which actually felt good, and he lifted this object to the sun, so he could get a better glimpse. The object was dripping water, which was running down his leg. It seemed to be a crystal...ball...? It looked a greyish-purple, a magnificient color. He spun it around, slowly, is his plams as he spotted a crack! "Hmmm? What's this? I guess it cracked when it hit the rocks..." Suddenly something started to surround him!
Renault coughed as he exclaimed, "Whoa! What is this stuff?" The area around him started to fade away, while a grey fog approached him. He immediately dropped this orb, and it hit the groud with a loud thud. The weird thing was that it wasn't cold, there was no mist, he could still feel the sun. "What's happening?!"
The fog got thicker and thicker until the sun was gone, it was cold. He looked around to see if anything triggered it. Wherever he moved, the fog followed. Ren groped his surroundings to find a place to hold onto. He wanted to feel safe.
He heard the sound of rain. He looked up and saw many tiny droplets of water pouring down on him. His face was totally soaked, but that didn't stop him from looking. "Wait." he thought, "What am I looking for again? Oh! That's right! The orb!" He felt around the ground for any indents in the ground. "I hope it didn't roll away!"
Eventually, he found it, he found the orb! He picked it up and the fog immediately dissapeared, like it was never there. The sun once again shone and he felt a shiver down his spine from the quick change of temperature. "Well, I can't go to the festival looking like this!!" He quikcly turned around and rushed home, hoping to get there before sunset.
He lived in a small home, nothing very modern. He had a very old-fashioned Japanese styled house. His neighbors were very old. He sometimes thought he was in a retirement home, though they were seperated. He had no close friends living by him.
When he got home, he found a strange note on the door. "You will find something that you least expect.
Kohae" "Well, that's for sure..." he mummbled as he tore down the note and thought, "Wait...Koahe? Who's that?" He sat down in a chair and examined the note. "Well the signature is very neat. That's for sure. But Kohae? K-o-h-a-e. Sounds like some angel's name or something...Haha! Like that would ever happen. "Ack!" Ren tilted way too far back and immediately fell to the ground. "Ouch!" he thought this was a punishment from God. "I didn't mean to be rude or anyhting!"
He came back up and placed the orb on the desk. "I still wonder what this is.." He looked outside to make sure no one was looking at him, and he closed the shade so know one could see him. He went to his collection of books and ran through his collection with his index finger, looking for the book, Orbs: Past and Present, which collected dust along the way. He found a book!
He wiped off his hands on his pants and took out the book. He placed it onto the table and blew the dust off. "Blech! Gross!" He opened the book and heard creaking noises since he had never opened this book in a very long time.
He looked at the table of contents of the book and found nothing about it. "Maybe it was hidden or something...This is a sci-fi fiction novel after all...Is there even anything about orbs and fog in here?"
He knew for sure that this would take hours of research.
This was just the beginning of an adventure Renault was soon going to face.
