So say in the Review my AMV thread: should I post completed opinions in new threads, or in the original big thread? Also should I repost my (as yet) unreplied to request in a new topic so as to start the trend of proper use of the subforum?

I was actually thinking about that myself.
Go ahead and continue with that thread. New requests can be created in new threads.
And, go ahead and make a new thread. Might make getting reviews easier. Maybe.
