Gears 1 multiplayer
more guns (is still waiting for a rail gun, nail gun, and dual-wielding chainsaws)
better background physics
actual combustible environments (that map pack was a joke)
ban hosts from game for a week is they quit out of their own game in the middle of a match.
chainsaw glitch from gears 1 (the one where you hit rt and y and they explode)
all maps previously in gears 1+ 2 except for mausoleum, old bones, and raven down, and the one map on the combustible map pack that was a big circle with rising immulsion levels.
a female gear
a female locust
random corpser+ brumak attacks
more gears + locusts with helmets.
ninjas
yup...this is what i want in my gears.

No, a female locust is a white British b***h with a backpack...apparently. and not going to lie, the berserkers were the butch lesbians of the locust, i'm sure they have something more...feminine...if that's possible with a locust.
OH!
another thing gears 3 needs:
-better AI to fill in players who quit out in multiplayer
-dual-wielding hammerbursts
-bring back the old hammerburst.

What Erekayu said about the berserker being the butch was hilarious so i give him credit for that but i think the flood map was one of the very few map pack maps actually worth spending money on. For gears three there's not much in the game play i would want to change other than completely removing host advantage and active reload perks. All the actives should do is speed up the reloading process. What I would really like to see in a gears game is the locust side of the story. I get that they want to invade the surface to get away from the lambants but other than thay, why are they so angry with humans. As for a female gear, Bernie from the novel would be pretty awesome to play as but with the COG policy being "Only a female as capable on the field as a male can go into combat." guarantees butch women, which is kinda against the point of what I think people desiring a female gear really want.
Edit: Just thought of something fun...Lambant Locust vs. Locust vs. COG battles...just a thought.

-Better head shot registries Those are great, but I'm looking for a little less cheap weapons. -Lower the range of the "Tractor Beam" for Chainsaw -A Bayonet for the Hammerburst II -SERVERS, I'm sick and ******** tired of lag switches and modders. But thats just me.

gears of war 3 needs a second chanse when losing a chainsaw battle like if you lose a chainsaw duel you should get a chance to live if you press a button that pops up onscreen or have to do certain analog stick movements to survive the duel and if you dont well you know twisted
