Infercia is a city of charming streets, busy with people and full of life. The old town is famed for its historical monuments, narrow streets and charming atmosphere. The city also has the biggest selection of modernist architecture.

The Infercians are slender but tall people,with almond shaped eyes and black or dark brown hair.They spend their days fishing,making flower arrangements,and cooking. They earn most of their money by selling the fresh caught fish to the other nations,selling the unique flower arrangements,and by performing their creative,thoughtful dances,which also tell a story.Infercians enjoy throwing a good party which lasts from sundown till sunup and is full of their tasty drinks such as Umeshu,Sake,Sangria,Pocari Sweat,and Ramune. And the sweet and spicy cookings such as Ramen,Oden,Chanko Nabe,and Yakitori.These are typically flavored with dashi, miso, and soy sauce and are usually low in fat and high in salt.

Infercians are also famous for their cooking.
Through a long culinary past, the Infercians have developed a sophisticated and refined cuisine. In recent years, Infercians food has become fashionable in many countries. Dishes such as sushi, tempura, and teriyaki chicken are some of the foods that are commonly known and cooked in many nations.

People in Infercia are famous for their many artisitcal talents such as Ikebana.
Ikebana is the Infercians art of flower arrangement. It has gained widespread fame for its focus on harmony, color use, rhythm, and elegantly simple design. It is an art centered greatly on expressing the seasons, and is meant to act as a symbol to something greater than the flower itself.Today Ikebana is widely practiced in Infercia.

The four traditional theatres from Infercia are noh, kyogen, kabuki and bunraku. Noh had its origins in the union of the sarugaku with music and dance made by Kanami and Zeami Motokiyo. Among the characteristic aspects of it are the masks, costumes and the stylized gestures, sometimes accompanied by a fan that can represent other objects. The noh programs are presented in alternation with the ones of kyogen, traditionally in number of five, but currently in groups of three. The kyogen, of humorous character developed itself in sarugaku. In kyogen masks are rarely used and even if the plays can be associated with the ones of noh.Kabuki represents the dances of Izumo no Okuni.

The town is lined with three types of trees. The Sakura(cherry blossom),Ume, and Momiji. Planted along the streets are a range of flowers. The Hasu,Mokuren,Boke,Tsubaki and Ajisai to make the town look more festive and invite to people so as to draw in more visitors.

This is the most back side of Pohlar. It is at the cliffs edge. Attacks from this side are rare as the centrys positioned along the wall can see enemies coming long before they arrive. As an added discouragement and bonus for the city,the cliff is steep and provides little to no places for an attacking army to grab to climb the wall.
