Personality: Her personality is nothing like her mothers but more of her father. She is rather shy and doesn't talk that much to anyone, only to those who she doesn't know. Though she still doesn't talk around her friends, but only speaks when she feels its right to. Sometimes, by being silent, people seem to ignore her which make her feel more sad inside. The only reason why she is fighting right now, is to have her home return to the way it was. She doesn't like how this enemy came in and killed her family and the people she cared about. So, she does have a fighting spirit in her. But she is polite, rather lady like, and sweet at the same time, that is the only thing she has in common with her mother.
Bio: Kurisutura lived a happy life in the Palace, and seeing a guy from the other side of the Moon. She knew nothing could go wrong, she heard of the battles and stories of which her mother and grand-mother use to fight together side by side. She hoped one day she could do the same, as she trained her way up to the top. Though when her birthday came around, everything started to go down hill. This dark force came in and took over the Palace and everyone in it. Making them do their bidding, Kurisutura watched helplessly as her mother and everyone was taken under their power. Thankfully Diana, Luna and Artemis had their far away by this time, but that wouldn't solve everything. Luna said that the enemy will stop at nothing until it has taken over the Planet Earth and every planet in the solar system.
Sadly, Kurisutura would have to live her life in a Foster Family for protection of the enemy who want to destroy her and everyone else left from the palace who got away. Sometimes, late at night she stares at the darken Palace, as if waiting for it to clear up and that everything would go back to normal the way it was or should be. But until that day comes, Kurisutura has to take form of a young girl name Hoshi Chiba and battle the enemy to defeat them before they take over the Planet Earth.

Transformation: Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!- Her two piece fuku appears around her body first in ribbons of gold and silver, then her collar comes next. Her skirt and back bow appear as well in gold and silver. Her front bow with her brooch comes next. Then her gloves and choke, and then her tiara and head piece comes after that. Then finally her shoes complete the outfit.
Attacks:
- Moon Tiara Spirit Attack- She has her tiara transform into the eternal specter as she twirls it around, she gathers spirit energy from the moon and spirits of her fellow senshi friends. Once this is completed she points the specter at the enemy and a beam of white pure light shoots out and either destroys the enemy or returns them back to the way they were.
Chiyu Moon Dream - This attack, she uses the power of people dreams to bring back to life or heal the person that has been damaged by the Shadows. From the Moon, a specter appears, she grabs a hold of it and twirls it around until she gathers enough power. Then she points it to the enemy and shoots out a dream of gold to heal the enemy or bring back to life. She also uses this if her fellow senshi or friends are down.
StarCrystal Cosmos Dream- She uses this as her final attack, if need be but it takes a lot out of her. First her first specter, the eternal specter, appears after she takes a hold of her tiara. Then a dream scene appears behind her with her father and mother standing behind her, giving their power into the golden crystal. The crystal comes out of her brooch and connects itself with the specter. As it shines brightly, she golden ribbons surround her before she attacks the enemy, as a golden ribbon and light surround the enemy trapping it and either destroying the enemy or finding their good side and transforming them back the way they were.
Items:
- Diana Pen- Allows her take form of any person she sees. She points it at the clothes or person she wants to be and it a hologram like figure of the same person appears on the tip of the pen. She shouts Diana Pen, Transform! And she transforms into the clothes or person that is seen on the pen.
Neo Moon's Tiara Staff- This is from her Tiara that transforms into Enteral Moon's Specter with some changes. Instead of white it has a golden/silver color to it.
Neo Moon's Healing Wand- Same sort of wand that Sailor Moon used, this is what it looks like, Here. Just changed a little bit the wand is mostly silver and golden, the red part is now light pink.
Golden Crystal- She uses this with her StarCrystal Cosmos Dream. Unlike her parents, using the crystal alone to defeat an enemy. She uses the spirit power of her family and the people of earth, to be suck into the crystal and that's how her attack works.
