Jo laughed delightedly. "Sooo awesome." she grinned. "That was so fun!" she said, waving her free hand, which held the envelope Harri had given her, to emphasise her point. The contents shot out of the envelope across the grass. "Crap!" Jo laughed again, going over ot retrieve the several pieces of paper that littered the ground now. She picked up the last, which held the title, 'Choosing a class', and looked over at Andrew. "Hey, Andy, which classes are you in? Maybe we can get in the same ones!" she grinned, shoving the papers haphgazardly into the bottom of her knapsack.

Andrew chuckled when Jo chased after her papers. She was fun to watch and hang out with. Andrew liked girls who were random. He smiled. "Transformation, combat, general studies and morality studies." He put his hands on her shoulders and leaned in close. "We should probably get you signed up. Shall we?" He asked with a simple grin.

Anya walked out in a long green dress. She had a lycra leotard underneath incase she needed to change, but that was slightly revealing.
Then she saw a new girl at the gates. She skipped over to her.
"Hey, I'm Anya. What's your name?"

Blake swooped down to stand on the roof of the building, watching the only other people he had ever seen that also had powers. He called out with his telepathy, Hello? What is this strange place?

Ava and Annita sat at the fountain, talking about something. Annita's hair was down and she was wearing skinny jeans, a black polo, and black flats. It was the first time she wasn't wearing her usual gothic lolita clothing. Ava's flaming short red hair was in a ponytail. She moved her side bangs out of her face. She too was wearing skinny jeans, but a red t-shirt and converse. "She's is so cute! You just have to see her!" Ava said happily. She was talking about Kara. Annita's eyes wandered and saw a boy sitting on the roof.

Anya walked away slowly. This must be one of the potential students who never quite started properly.
As she turned, she too saw the boy on the roof, and went nearer. If he was stuck, perhaps she could fly up and rescue him.
Java walked out, with Kara in a strap-on baby carrier. She was asleep at last, after refusing to settle the previous night.
Walking over to the girls he said "What's up?"

Annita noticed Java walk up to the two of them. "Oh my goodness! She's darling!" She smiled happily. Ava laughed at Annita's reaction and looked at Java. "Hey Java."

In the attic, in the makeshift ward that had been appointed for those affected by the Dispowering Virus, a girl called Katie Roberts - the one who'd brought the disease to the school in the first place - coughed. Then her heart stopped beating.

Suddenly, Ava grabbed her head. Her head thumped and she closed her eyes to try to get rid of it. She felt like she had just got kicked in the head. She grimaced and got to her feet. "Sorry, guys. But...I'm not feeling so well." She smiled lightly to assure them she was okay. "I'll be in my room." She walked off, her hand gripping the side of her head.
Ava toppled over onto her bed when she got to her room. She moaned and looked at anitbiotics in her room. She had had these headaches for a couple of days, but she forgot when exactly they had started. She had been way to stubborn to take the antibiotics. She couldn't possibly have the virus. She almost never got sick. Her stomach turned and she felt nauseous. She stood up quickly, ran to the bathroom closest to her room and threw up. She walked back to her room, wiping her mouth.
Ava locked the door before she returned to her bed. She pulled her phone out of her back pocket and fumbled with it. She was trying to call the school nurse. But suddenly, the phone fell out of her hand and onto the floor. The call was never made.

Blake turned his head to the clouds. Something was egging him to turn away. Maybe it was the air, or the place itself.
But it was definitely that girl.
The one who had squeezed her eyes shut so tight that veins appeared on their lids.
The one who had looked do ill.
But it was his decision.
And he couldn't turn away.
