If you're learning French in the classroom suggest this to your teacher:

You can find classrooms in France who are willing to do the e-pal exchange.
My teacher used this site and it works pretty well.

Other than that I'm not really sure where you can go.

I know on Facebook it's easy to find foreign friends. >_<

Je parle Francais a l'ecole et j'ai experience minimal.

I speak French t school and I have minimal experience...I can help you learn in bout two weeks when I start my fourth year class(Hasn't spoken French in two months and needs refresher lesson first sweatdrop )
