Greetings, and welcome. My name is Aizen Sousuke, resident God and overlord of everything you know and care for. Allow me to be humble for just a moment and extend my deepest appreciation to you for joining me here today.
Now, then. Sentiments aside, I would like to present you with a general introduction of myself, as well as guidelines that will surely welcome you into my good graces.
+ I highly encourage you to address me as Aizen-sama, or a title with equal respect. I will respond to simply 'Aizen' in some cases, and 'Aizen-taichou' by those who knew me as such previously.
+ In addition, by no means are you ever to call me by my given name. Nicknames will be tolerated in rare situations and only by those privileged enough to have gained my affection.
+ My word is law. Any disobedience will be punished accordingly.
+ There are no second chances.
+ Respect the tea. Your value is negligible compared to its.
+ Everything and everyone you see here is mine. Honor it as such and we'll get along splendidly.

Hyaa~ Aizen-sama’s a scary one, ain’t he? Jus’ make sure that ya don’t get on his bad side and do as he says and ya should be fine. Since Aizen-sama did one, I think I’ll take a swing at a little somethin’, ne? Ichimaru Gin here, show me tha same respect ya show Aizen-sama an’ I won’t kill ya jus’ yet. If ya don't believe Aizen-sama's rules are law, then Shinso an' I'd be happy t' set ya straight. Always drink the tea Aizen-sama gives ya, it may end up bein’ yer last, ya hear?

Welcome guests, and thank you for joining in our efforts to praise Aizen-sama and his many achievements. Though I may be the owner of this place, Aizen-sama's word is law and he presides above all others, myself especially.
Aizen-sama has permitted me to help run his house, so I suppose an introduction is in accord. You may call me Kira, Izuru (I don't mind at all, really.), and on some occasions, Fukutaichou. If you come up with something shorter or easier to remember, by all means, you may use it, so long as I am able to understand it is myself whom you are talking to.
I believe that rules help maintain order, so I believe strongly in them, therefore, even if you may be a friend, I will be enforcing the rules, so please for your sake, follow what Aizen-sama and Ichimaru-sama say. I cannot stress enough how important this is to you. I cannot predict what either of them may do if you violate or come close to breaking a rule.
I hope that you enjoy yourselves here in praising Aizen-sama, and I thank you for joining us. Sayonara.
