Welcome to Illumination. In order to get paid for the stats you gather I ask that you post them in the proper format.
This format is:
itemNumber/highestSalesVolume/lowestSalesVolume/nextItemNumber/nextHighSalesVolume/nextLowSalesVolume/ect
For example:
25108/17/0/7083/150/75

These statistics will inevitably be double checked so make sure they are as accurate as possible. Now let me explain these three numbers you are gathering:
Item number:
Every item on Gaia has a number. When you load an item page, the URL contains the number. For example, the item 'Chyaku Norisu Scarf' is located on the URL http://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/7083/ and has an item number of '7083'. Not too tricky, huh?
Highest Sales Volume:
To find out the highest sales volume of an item, you must look at the graphs. Go to any item you want, click 'View Graphs', change it to '1 year', and the right graph will show sales volume. The highest sales volume is the absolute highest point on that graph.
Lowest Sales Volume:
Just like highest sales, open up the graphs. The lowest sales volume is the absolute lowest point on that graph.
