My name is Lucil i will be 18 in june smile and i live in england so its dead hard for me to get gaia cash but i have a bf that live in NYC so its all good smile i recently lost my uncle to skin cancer my best friend is struggling with chemo at the moment thats why i needed to make a guild since there is hardly nothing like this on gaia

It's nice to meet all of you, Sarah, Val, and Lucil!
My name is Melissa. I live in America, and I'm 21 and in college (LOTS of stress!).
My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer almost two months ago, but she didn't tell my sisters and me until I got home for spring break 3 weeks ago. She is currently recovering from a mastectomy, and chemo starts in 4-6 weeks. We lucked out; she is expected to survive, but in the meantime, this is really hard for all of us, especially since our family is so close.

Well, my name is Paige and i joined because lulu-chan invited me to ^_^
i think this is a very nice guild... i never experienced someone i know having cancer, but both my grandfathers died from cancer when i was 3

Hey guys!
My name is MJ, I live in the U.S., and I'm in college, too (agree w/ anonymouchocoholic, lots of stress!).
My mom has breast cancer as well. Actually, I just found out today that not all of her cancer was removed; there are trace amounts of it in one of the lymph nodes they also removed to see if the cancer had spread to other parts of the body. This means that the cancer did spread.
I've invited my sisters to join CAISG, also; hopefully they'll be on soon, too! In the meantime, it's nice to meet everyone! 3nodding

Hello everyone!
I'm very sorry to hear about all of your losses. Cancer only makes life harder for us, but we can learn so much from it all. We can become stronger and this is what we're all here for. heart
Lucil, Melissa, and MJ, I am praying for your loved ones with cancer! It is comforting to know there are so many people out there not only supporting the fight against cancer, but also researching to find a cure! heart
