 "'What is this', you ask?"
For example, Back in highschool:
Me and my friends are sitting around during lunch... just sitting... maybe talking...
But then the token guy of the group started bring Starbursts.
I'm not sure if they knew before, but I have an almost unhealthy obsestion with the candy in question.
And the boy has a good arm.
Those moments at lunch playing 'monkey-in-the-middle' with my friends will always be fond memories to me.

All of my significant/meaningful moments have all occurred with family.
My most meaningful moments would probably be the ones i spent with my grandma and grandpa.
You could say they give meaning to my life.

Umm... I think my most meaningful moments are too personal to share with everyone. But well it does have to do with being cared about, especially by girls. And some of that has to do with my... past. Which hasn't been really peachy, but I suppose could have been a lot worse.
Personally, I think you can find meaning in just about anything, especially since I also believe that everything has a purpose... though that can be hard to believe at some times. >.<
I even find meaning since the whole "lovey" aspect hit me when I turned 18, err a lot of meaning, in movies. I look for answers in life in them. Things that the director probably wasn't even thinking about, but they become evident. And probably also in the things the director was aiming for. xD

I'd have to say my interactions with people definitely matter the most to me. My most meaningful moments are often personal, and I keep them to myself. The rest just kind of speaks for itself.
I just like living in so many moments. Every day beholds new beauties and new horizons for us to explore.
And if it's enough to make me cry, for whatever the purpose or reasons, then it's safe to say that the event in question was definitely meaningful.
Even pain teaches us new lessons. If not for crying, I think pain would have gotten the better of me a time or two. It's a good way to vent.
I know I like to see happiness in the people I care about. So if ever I can do something for them to help them along, I will most certainly try.

 "I'll follow thee. The most meaningful moment was where I spent my 19th birthday with I guy I really cared about. First we started out as friends, but we got close over time. We were on his couch watching Scrubs, and he started quoting the episode. I called him a dork, and he said, "Yeah, but I'm the dork you love." And I said yes. Surprised, he kept trying to get me to say it again. I finally said, "I love you" and meant it to him. After the episode, we went outside to his trampoline. It was night time, and the sky was clear with the moon and stars in place. He asked me what love felt like. And after...right when he told me he loved me, I tackled him right on the trampoline and kissed him right there. That wasn't our first kiss, but it had so much meaning in it. I think that's a day him and I will never forget.
