Located in the center of the city, its layout resembles that of a wheel with eight "spokes" or avenues that branch outwards from it. In the middle of said wheel is a statue that has been badly damaged. The engraving on the base of it reads "Here's to a better tomorrow, starting with today". The water has ceased flowing for quite some time and become stagnant, causing it to become murky. The walkways are comprised of laid brick with grass that is quite lengthy jutting upwards to the sky. Only two of the sixteen lampposts work, but just barely, flickering on and off from time to time. The benches that surrounded the fountain are broken, a few of them charred from an apparent fire.
