Snowstar padded out of her den where she and Firepelt slept. She went over to the fresh-kill pile and got something for Dawnfrost, Honeypaw, and Mistpaw, she padded over to the medicine cats den and went in. "Hey Dawnfrost, this is for you and Honeypaw and Mistpaw." She said as she dropped the rabbit.

Snowstar left her sisters den and went out to hunt in the forest. She could smell Brambleclaw, but what she wanted to know was why he was hunting near Twolegplace. She kept going until she could see him. "Brambleclaw!" She said as she ran up to him "What are you doing? We hunt prey in the forest, not twoleg food. You should know that."

when i was looking for prey i found twolegs food
it was laying around the forest

Emberpelt went out of the warriors den. As soon as she came out she noticed Bluepelt. " Hi Bluepelt," she meowed.

Icejet came out of the warriors den and went towards the freshkill pile. They were getting low on good pieces.

Firepelt walked out of the warriors' den and saw Icejet looking at the fresh-kill pile. "Icejet! I want you to lead a hunting patrol. We're low on food. Find what you can, it's leaf-bare so they won't be as much prey. Hopefully newleaf comes soon." He said to her as he padded over to her.
Snowstar looked at the Twoleg food. "We need to tell the Clan about this so that the patrols can report it to me if they find any." She said as she started to pace back and forth again. "I wish I knew what this meant. I'll go to the Moonpool tonight and share tongues with StarClan, maybe they can help me. I'll need to a warrior with me though, I'll have to go through another Clans territory to get there." She said as she started back toward camp. "Find what you can to bring back to the camp and the put it on the fresh-kill pile." She said over her shoulder to Brambleclaw as she padded away.
