Okay, so I just added images into my post, and something came to my attention...
Tayma has a vague resemblance to the other members of Tarragon... A slight one, anyway.
Like, Tayma has those stripey things that are kind of the same shape as other Tarragon members, She has the same gray-ish body color...
Tayma was taken from her pack as a child after a big feud between two packs resulted in the death of her brother.
So... My question is... How do we feel about long-lost relatives? o.o And, Is there any possible way that Tayma could be related to the Tarragon pack?
She is an older dragon, so... *shrugs*
What do you guys think? o.o
And, this is just a random plot theory of mine. xd We, by no means, need to do this. wink

That is interesting! Going off of the stripes, she would be from Yves' old pack, or a distant relative, but going off of the gray, she would be related to Samar. Elfy owns Samar, so you'll need to talk to her about that, but that'd probably be a better relation. And Samar's backstory is less developed, as far as I know. whee

I see...
Well, there wouldn't be an obvious way for them to figure out the relation - if there is one - anyway, so we'll just keep this in mind for now, discuss it a little, and we can figure out whether we want to do it later. whee
Though it would be really cool if it happened. rofl
Gah. Plotting part of my brain, you've done it again. *headdesk*

Tayma is going to get grilled by the pack, I'm betting, so if she mentioned that she was from a specific pack... whee

Yeah, that's what I was kind of thinking too; if she did turn out to be a long lost relation, they'd probably be more willing to accept her into the pack...
Otherwise, I'd probably just have the fact that she managed to follow Arbalete all the way back to Tarragon territory without being spotted, and then they'd accept her in because she's a good, sneaky, scout, or whatever... Which is kind of a simple reason. *shrugs*
EDIT: In the main thread, Kit just brought up the fact that Samar and Tayma have the same eye color. whee

...Any objections to Tayma and Samar being sisters? Samar would be the younger one in all probability, perhaps Tayma's youngest sister.... sweatdrop

Relation will help, but she'll probably still have to start out at the lowest rank. But she'd end up being a Heir instead of a Foster. I think. Being related through Samar makes it a tad complicated, but we could have some neat RPs with everybody debating it. whee
Also. Check the main Tarragon plot thread in the plot subforum. mad

Yes, this will be fun rp indeed. whee And yeah, Tayma being Samar's sister would probably work. ^^ Like, after Tayma got taken off by Kai'lani, her mom found a new mate and then had some more babies... one of which turned out to be Samar. I like it! ^^ Hold on a sec, I'll post the history I did to win Tayma, for reference. ^^ We can alter it to fit our needs and desires. twisted Horse-chic11 Tayma scowled at her reflection. Scars. Wounds. A tough exterior. A drop of blood dripped off the edge of her snout, disappearing into the water of the mountain stream below. She had just finished fighting off an angry young male who wasn't happy with the advice that the guardian had given him, and although she'd gotten rid of the brat easily, she hadn't exactly come out of the battle without a scratch... Any poor little hatchling to stumble onto the female Northern dragon at that moment would no doubt flee in terror, maybe scared to such an extent that they would try to flee South to the land where the Mountain Dragons dwelled... or used to dwell anyway... Tayma sighed, and her face softened. She knelt down with her head resting on her forelegs, watching the water flow past. She wondered if she would've been this way normally... If she had remained with her pack... If she'd never become the Guardian's advisor/bodyguard. She barely remembered it now. The fued that her pack and gotten into, long ago... At first it was just a spat over territory, but all too soon it escalated into malicious acts; damming up the stream so it wouldn't flow into a certain territory, stealing the products of the day's hunt from the opposing pack... and then... physical violence. After the death of a hatchling... Tayma's brother... Both packs decided that enough was enough. They went to the Guardian, who lived in an area somewhere in between the disputed boundary. She had declared Tayma's pack to be at fault (if Tayma's memory was correct, the guardian's reasoning was this; the other pack had first brought up the fight over the boundary line, but Tayma's pack had been the first to actually do something cruel on purpose). The guardian would have left it at that, but the other pack still wasn't satisfied. They demanded that Tayma's pack get some kind of punishment (as if losing a hatchling weren't punishment enough). The guardian wasn't happy about it, but she agreed. However, she sentenced Tayma's pack to something that some might consider a blessing, rather than a curse. She ruled that Tayma would come and serve her ((her being the guardian, sorry if that's not clear. sweatdrop )) and become an eventual adviser, or maybe even a bodyguard. Hatchling-Tayma looked up at her mother in confusion (her father had died several years ago), hoping desperately that she would refuse, and that she wouldn't have to go with this strange old dragon that seemed to get so much respect... But her mother turned away. Tayma's brother had always been her favorite, but they were twins, looking exactly alike... having Tayma around was too much of a reminder... "Alright," Tayma's mother said. And without further discussion, Tayma was sent with the Guardian. She grew up to be wise - from studying under the Guardian - and also tough - from protecting her. And she still didn't have any idea if things would have turned out differently if her mother had really refused the guardian...
