I guess I'd really have to choose one for each genre (or each genre that I can think of at the moment)...
1. Halo 2 (FPS).
2. Fable (Action-RPG).
3. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (Strategy).
4. Prince of Persia: the Warrior Within (Platformer).
5. Soul Calibur 2 (Fighting).
6. Metal Gear Solid: the Sons of Liberty (Stealth). Damn you, Sam Fisher...
That's all I'm willing to think of now... Oh, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2. Just 'cause it had to be mentioned.

up until friday FFTA was my favorite but now Kingdom Hearts: CoM is
