Sometimes is it difficult to tell the status and type of an RP from the Title. Here things like Title Abbreviations, General Nicknames and other things will be explained. If you know something that you think others may not know post it here so we may all look and learn. 3nodding
As more and more are mentioned I will add them to the below three posts so people don't have to run through pages to read them all. mrgreen

Title Short Cuts U/C: Under Construction: The thread is still being built and should not be posted in.
Op: Open: The Thread is open for posting
Acc: Accepting: The Thread is Accepting Profiles
Full: The RP is full and no longer accepting profiles or other RPers
1x1: One on One: Basically an RP made of two people who RP with eachother. They can progress to 2x2 and so on. It is normally used for Romance RPs to say pairings.

Nick Names for other People Noob: New member: Basically a slang term for newer players. Older ones tend to call younger ones this when they are fresh to the site.
Mod: Moderator: Moderators are the crew members who have god-like abilites in a Guild. Gaia Mods are members with God-like powers over everyone besides them selves. Fear and obey them. They can be very scary sweatdrop

I have one!
A god mod or (as a verb) god modding.
God Mod: One who plays a super-character. EX: The character can do what they want, when they want. They can get what they want and go where they want, and no one can stop them. They always win in fights, they always get the girl, they're always the hero.
God Modding: Well, you're being a God Mod.
And Rene, what do you mean by 'General Abbreviations'?

As a side note, closely related to God Modding is the control of another person's character. This instance of control would be unwarranted and not permitted by the one of the two players. For instance
Player A is playing as Character A
Player B is playing as Character B
Player B: Character B delivers a flaming round-house kick to Character A's face and Character A flies through the air, slamming into a rock and abruptly dies.
Player A: (WTF man?!)
Player B took control of Character A by dictating what happened after his character's action. This can be frustrating to other players who may not have wanted their character to react in that particular way.
In conclusion, God Modding is closely related to controlling another person's character without their permission and the two are even synonymous on various Role Playing sites.

Would you mind if I add something in here? Skeleton or "skellies" is a term used a lot, and I fear some people may be confused.
Skeleton(Also known as skellies)- Is a term used to talk about profiles. This is a very basic term, but important to know. An example of one is-
Gaia name-
Character name-
Character age-
Personality-
Bio-
Apperance-
That was a very basic skeleton. Most differ depending on the RP or character.
