So if you could create a new character for the devil may cry series what would they be like? just thought it might be something new for everyone instead of the quietness waiting for dmc5
Hm... for me i would say some sort of mysterious character. Maybe have his face covered by a cloth. Oh,and instead of a sword i want to see something like a scythe and use a cross-bow. Hm... for a sort of "DT" mode have him remove his cloth/mask to show a demons mouth and make him go insane and have is limbs turn to weapons themselves kinda like beowolf but claws and faster and more powerfull.
Thast just my idea

A really really strong human, that uses their fists. Oh and they have no relation to Dante and anyone else. But they want to purify the world of all evil, so they just wanna kill Dante, because that'd be cool.

Nero was a new character....but i suppose i'd like to see another baddie that wasn't a maniacal "I want to take over the world" Psychopath...like Vergil in DMC3....who really had no intentions of dong so...

I play the DMC series because I love Dante. Also Nero is great too. I want a team up of them. No more of this Nero fights a boss and Dante finishes it later in the game.

maybe a new relative to dante who wishes to recieve the power of sparda
my idea would be a counterpart to dante who maybe finds a way to use the power of the vanquished nelo angelo
he of course should have white hair
maybe this time a tattered black coat instead of red or blue
with a white undershirt and tight black jeans and black and white shoes
giving him a black and white look
then he should steal the yamato
and then go after the force edge
this character should also have a greek or roman name like all the other characters
(dante, virgil, nero)
like constantine or something
also I think nero should return but this time his devil bringer has consumed him and he is a demon and becomes a boss for dante (like viril becoming nelo angelo)
but instead of killing him he should have to relinquish him to save him so he can help defeat my character
one more idea I had was that dante should finally die in the battle against my character (my character also dying)
leaving the the world in the hands of nero to defend
just an opinion

i say they should let us play through as lady or have Vergil return more powerful but as a good guy

I don't want to see a new playable character because we've just had one, we don't need a new one, it would be too much.

lol that would be cool to make your own char now im not saying that there is to many in the DMC series but still that would be cool

No offense guys, but I think all your ideas wouldn't be too good.
I mean, they'd make pretty cool works of fan fiction, but for canonical games, I'd like to see Capcom stick to Just Dante, Vergil and maybe Nero.
