Not bad at all! How'd you do on your C/M exams? razz I'm sure glad to be done with that stuff XD Too much pressure, imo.

The performance was good! I don't feel like that's the most emotive piece in the world or anything like that, but you play it well! It's a cute song. I'm kinda jealous of Mendelssohn. He was another one of those "Look at me, I can write amazing string quartets at the age of 16" guys >.>

Hrmm, if I had to point out something, I'd say maybe it could use more dynamic variance (if it's written with any >.>).

What are you working on now?

Oh boy, this sucker goes fast. xD Well I guess it is a Scherzo. You have much more patience than I, and it's good that you can control the speed to a manageable tempo, instead of rushing it and just making it a messy jumble (something I'm super prone to do >.>). Didja ever get this up to tempo?

Oh yeah. It went pretty fast a few months ago. I was playing on an upright for the past five years, so now that my NEW GRAND PIANO JUST ARRIVED, I'm going to be able to get everything a lot faster.

& as for the CM exams. I failed. (Literally failed) the sight reading part, but everything else was smashing.

Right now I'm working on Chopin's Etude op10 no3. (My favorite since I was little), uhm. Beethoven's First Sonata, first movement. A Scarlatti with lots of repeated notes, and op1no1 Etude by Lizst. I'm going to start a song called 'Gargoyles' by Liebermann soon.
