Lal huffed. Her shaggy coat was simply itching. She glanced around. Everything seemed safe, She shook impatiently. The fur was just starting to come loose enough to just pester her. She glanced around once more and fell to the ground rolling. She would have groaned if she didn't think it would alert the other cows. She sighed and rolled to her feet. The itch sated, she huffed again. With half a glance around she took a head count. They were one short. She was instantly in a panic. She bleated. Several cows looked up. "Lore!" She had figured out which cow was missing.
She rolls over for half a second and someone goes missing. She glanced around. She went down into the herd. "Lore!...Has anyone seen Lore?"

The day started out pretty much like any other day in the herd. Naira was wide awake and chatting with a friend as they grazed when they suddenly heard a call from the lead cow. She looked up somewhat reluctantly from her grass, her ears flicking forward. Was Lore the deep brown cow with the green eyes? No, Naira couldn't recall seeing her.
As Lal came down to the herd Naira found herself right next to her. Naira looked around for an escape but the others were pressing in around her. Feeling a little awkward standing there, she decided to speak up. "Umm, I haven't seen her... but I could help look for her?" She suggested.

Lal let a calm settle over her as another cow spoke up. She looked over and nodded her head. "Alright." She nodded again... "All the cows will look." a bit of authority settled into her voice and the females moved into action. Lal turned to Naira. "Thank you." She Looked around. "Lets go!"
She turned and started to head to the north. She knew in the back of her mind this wasn't the smartest idea but Lore was like her daughter. She grunted away the thought. "Naira, you can come with me." She usually woulld go alone. she didn't want anyone else hurt. But this was important to her.

Immediately after Naira spoke Lal took charge. Now Naira was even a little worried about the missing cow, and wanted to go looking for her too. Normally she was the type who liked letting everyone else do the work, but this time was different. Though she was afraid of what they might find as they looked.
Then Lal took her by surprise. She wanted Naira to come with her? She felt pretty nervous, considering she was the top cow and all. "O-okay!" She replied quickly, ready to go.

Lal snorted. She wasn't usually all boot camp comandor she was usually very gentle in her ruling. SHe gave half a smile toward the other female. "I appreciate the help." She started to quicken the pace. "Lore! Lore!"
Lal shook her shaggy head. "I dont know what i will do if something happened to her." She was talking quietly to her self and trotting. Her ears were twisting around. This was why she would have gone alone... SHe always talked nervously

Naira hurried after Lal, letting her take the lead. She looked around but for all she could see, it was quiet except for a few birds fluttering their feathers in the trees. She felt a little less nervous when she was thanked for her help.
"She's a good friend of yours, right? I hope we find her," Naira said to show her concern. "With everyone looking, I'm sure we can."
