His Current Attacks: He uses a cosmic sword as his weapon so most of his attacks are unknown. But there is one very strong attack.
Cosmic Boomerang
When in need for an extra weaponary in combat situations, a turquoise blue energy boomerang materializes into Jays hand. And where ever he throws it, wether a target or not, the boomerang always returns automatically into his hand.
Universal Healing
This attack he can use only once. With all the powers from his heart he could be able to purify half of the galaxy from evil and destroy every single villain at the area. The attack would be too powerful for himself and it would cause him to die.

Quick Bio:
Ever since age of 15, Jay has been living alone, since his older brother, mother and father died in a plane crash. This has caused his attitude to grow pretty cold hearted when he meets new people, but when among friends, he is loyal, loving and protective. Jay is the reincarnation of one of the legendary soldiers, who in the past gave his own life to help Queen Serenity to defeat all the evil.

Character Background (for made-ups only): Mina's parents were killed in a war when she was just a baby. Queen Serenity, who was unable to have children herself, saw a kindred spirit in the child and adopted her. The powers of the moon which she had gained and Mina's natural powers soon combined and Sailor Moonlight was born. As the princess of her kingdom, she takes it upon herself to protect it after Serenity's death (which I'm not quite sure how that came about yet, but I'm sure it was rather unpleasant). Mina has left the throne to her advisors until she feels she is strong enough to protect it. Unfortunately for her, Deva and Miya started acting up and she, with the help of the other scouts, have been fighting them ever since.

Character Age: Has been with Mina since she was little and grew up with her, but real age not certain.
Character Description (for made-ups only): A siamese cat with crescent moon on it's forehead and blue eyes that turn red when a light is flashed in them. He is a long, lean, muscular cat with sleek fur and an unbearable amount of assurance and authority.

Character Background (for made-ups only): Koko, whose real name is Kao K'o-Kung, has a very keen intuition and loves to read. He mainly enjoys biographies and the newspaper as his reading of choice. He's a little on the stiff side and just a tad full of himself, but he does care for Mina deeply. He also has a slight crush on one of the palace cats, Yum Yum.
Koko considers himself very refined and often disapproves of Mina's love of goofing off. He only eats food fit for someone of his status, which is something Mina loves to tease him about. He originally insisted on being called by his real name, but eventually broke down when Mina just kept calling him "Koko." The name stuck with pretty much everyone else around the palace...

she looks like sailor mars, with hotaru's cold expression, her outfit is black and her belly button can be seen and her eyes are lined with black eyeliner. she has black socks and blood red high heels. she has no earrings and a black outline of a sword is her symbol. she has no tiara.She has purple lipstick and her gloves are black and there are no puffy things on them, but around her wrists are bracelets made of tiny gems that resemble droplets of solidified blood.

She intends to kill sailor mars to take over her place and then intends to make the entire team evil and crazy. she is absolutely resolute in making this true.
She reached ths dimension , as an amnesiac girl who was taken to an orphanage and was adopted by a billionaire, who saw her hidden sadistic streak and chose her as a heiress to his great fortune and when she recalled everything, she made plans for ...(see above)

Sailor name- Sailor Moon Star
Age: 20
Description
Brown hair which reaches to mid back and Blue eyes turn purple when angered. She is Sailor Moon�s half blood sister related to each other through their father. She is older than Sailor Moon and not nearly as powerful. She is born with the power of the stars and only carries the name of moon due to her father birth place ( he was a soldier, but not blessed with powers) She is very shy and quiet, and generally the first person to make fun of herself. She makes herself out to be of only mediocre intelligence, but has an odd fascination and understanding of physics, particularly black holes.
Scout apparel- the skirt, collar, and choker are black with tiny gold stars sprinkled about. The bows are dark purple (darker than Saturn�s purple so it actually looks closer to black) the gem in her tiara is the same color as the bows. Her broach holds a gold moon and a silver star (this is because her connection to the moon is more of a gilded/ fake state of relation while her connection to the stars is� more pure I guess you could phrase it) High heeled knee high boots with five buckles which look like stars
Human clothes- either a white lab coat for her job at the observatory, or black pants with purple stripes, a purple spaghetti strap, a black blazer (jacket), a fedora, and black and purple gym shoes. (can you guess what her favorite colors are? Uhhh yellow and white! ^-^0�) She attends college and generally after classes works at the Crescent cafe until 9:00 pm when she begins to work at the observatory (she's working her way through college)
Transformations and Attacks:
Transformation- Moon Star Night Shade
Moon Star twilight strike- two swords that combine and create a large amount of energy which can defeat most foes (think Ronin warriors, Ryo�s attack and you got it)
Moon Star Adrenaline rush- adds a little more energy to Moon Star when in longer fights and she has become weary.

no idea if this is what you are looking for... oh if the half blood sister thing doesn't work I can get rid of it and just say I'm some random character from a neighboring solar system (kinda like the starlights... but not)

Gaia Name razz sychotic__GAL Character Name:Grace/ Madame Grace Scout Name/Villain Pseudonym: Grace/Madame Grace Character Age: (you can make this up) nobody knows Character Description (for made-ups only): Grace is a cat similar to Artemis and Luna and Koko. But she's Orange and white. Around Cordy, she is a human with dark brown ringlet curls and she is mostly wearing a blue leotard and dance stuff. Character Transformation and Attacks: cat Character Background (for made-ups only):She has followed Cordy around from Normandy to Japan... Subtly helping Cordy out. Cordy just thinks that Grace understands her, but really Grace knows all about Cordy. She was meant to stay a cat but sense Cordy's adoptive mother is allergic, Grace had to switch forms. Grace is also very good at ballet and dance, although she doesn't have a natural talent, like Cordy, she had to work to get some good. She is clever but sneaky. Alternate or Reality Character?
