I like the style. Its not really my style, I may steal certain things from it but over all its just not my thing. I like the creativity that goes into it, and the mixing between modern and old. Clockwork has always interested me too.

I think it's absolutely wonderful!
I've never worn a steampunk outfit, but I WILL one day. It can get quite expensive...you have to be thrifty about it, I suppose.

I love the style but I don't own almost any items that would fit in it... although maybe if I managed to combine them well, they might. The style I want to wear [when I have money to buy the items I need for it] is rather the elegant old style male fashion: elegant pants with button shirts and vests. If I used them in brownish or neutral colous it could count as subtle steampunk I guess.

I'm actually almost done with my steampunk outfit.
I just need to get pants, spats, a flint-lock rifle, and finish My Arc Reactor.

Tragically I do like this style, or parts of it. But just as tragically, I cannot afford it yet. I'm still hoarding away for several EGL outfits since I'm a sucker for minimally priced Victorian outfits.

My boyfriend loves it, and yes, it is expensive as hell stressed
I think the idea is that it's DIY, so you don't have to pay all that.

I love Steampunk.
I don't wear it, sadly. Hopefully, I'll be able to make an outfit without completely failing sometime soon.
