The softly spoken words you gave me... I've written a short story that I'd like to share with you.
I think that I'll post it in segments, so you'll have to come
back every now and then to see the new additions~
The setting is... well, I'm not really sure
the story spawned off of one of my characters
from Ragnarok Online
sweatdrop you can look around the site for a
general idea of the time zone...

Note: I came up with the plot of this character's story with
my friend who I'm writing a larger story with. When I started
describing it to another friend, she said it reminded her of
and Evanescence song: Even in Death. When I listened to
the song after she mentioned it, I realized that it fit perfectly
with my character and her story. I did not write this as a fan-
-fic to the song, and I only used the same title because it fit
so well. Feel free to look up the song~ it's pretty cool....even in death, our loves goes on

The softly spoken words you gave me...~The Story~.........A crisp autumn breeze blew through bright orange
strands of hair, behind which a set of crazed eyes burned with a
fiery passion. Tears streamed down the woman's face though her
expression was stern, almost angry, as she stared out at the castle.
The place that had once been her school, her home, and the place
she met the love of her life now only made her heart ache. she wiped
the tears from her face and regained an emotionless expression.
Without a word, she made her way onto campus, managing to blend
in with either teachers or students depending on who was looking. It
had only been a few years since she had graduated from Reamac and
while her eyes caught sight of the rain clouds gathering and the scent
of damp earth swept over the grounds, her mind drifted back to the beauty
of the winter's first snow only a few years before........The school grounds were covered in a thick layer
of freshly fallen snow and the students, wrapped in scarves and cloaks,
were excited bustling about. A snowball fight had broken out between the
different classes. Swordsmen, ninja, and acolytes were on one side going
against the mages, archers, and merchants. The team with the mages
seemed to be winning --their elemental powers had created a strong ice
fortress-- though, with the acolytes speed and strength enchantments, the
other side wasn't going down easily. The girl looked around in the
memory, a few of her classmates were creating potions to
help their team...."Aeryn!" Someone called out as she walked by.
"Come join us! We could use a skilled future alchemist like
yourself to get these stamina potions finished."......"No thanks..." she replied timidly. Aeryn got
nervous in front of large crowds. "It's the start of the new
semester..." she said, thinking of a way to get out of the fight,
"...I- I should go find my first class." She smiled politely and
walked off into the hallways.......Rain drops landing on her face brought Aeryn
back to the present. She realized that she had entered on the wrong side
of the school. Each of the five large buildings that made up the castle were
elaborately decorated with a different precious stone: ruby, topaz,
emerald, sapphire, and diamond. The Emerald Edifice was her destination,
and it was on the opposite side of the school. The rain started to come
down harder now and she retreated to the halls rather than walking
through the rainy gardens. The woman caught a few glances but she
wasn't worried. Aeryn had changed greatly --in her appearance alone--
since she had been in school, nobody would recognize her.
......As usual, Aeryn was the first to reach her classroom.
The view of the snow war was excellent from the class windows. She put
her supplies down on a desk and went to stand by the windows to watch
the war from afar. Her long brown hair had a slight orange tinit and was
tied back in a loose ponytail. Her wide, timid eyes watched the others
below, entertained. ......"Happens every year..." The deep, calm voice caused Aeryn to
freeze in place. "...and the teams never stay the same." The voice
continued. Aeryn turned slowly around to find the voice's origin. A young,
raven-haired man with a gorgeous smile met her eyes as she completed
her turn. She had seen him around the school before and she guessed that
by now he had to be in his last year of schooling......."Hello." Aeryn stayed silent and her cheeks started to turn pink.
"A bit early for class aren't you?" She managed to mumble out
something along the lines of 'yes' then went back to the desk where she
had left her supplies and started fiddling around with them idly. The young
man strolled over to the teacher's desk and started poking around at the
papers......."May I ask what your name is?" he smiled at her and she looked up to answer......."A-... A-Aeryn Flynn," she responded with a stutter after
a few seconds. The man held up a list, found her name, and checked
it off......."It's a pleasure to find someone so eager to take my class.
I am Professor Briarwood." ...even in death, our loves goes on
