This really isn't a cheat code, but on any of the guitar hero games you can push a color and hold it then stroke when ever the note comes up. Its kind of hard on expert and hard but helps in easy and medium. confused
People probably already know this but I asked around at school and no seemed to know.

i know for a fact theer are some cheats for guitar hero 3 at least
on quick play there a no fail cheat and hyper speed and all sorts of cheats
i dont about other guitar hero games yet but i can play on hard on that game no cheats ^^
