Eventually there will be 5 threads for KiriKiriMiriCamellia, not counting the prologues...so, yeah, OOC thread is warranted, especially for future purposes. KKMC is a self-contained minimetaplot, explaining why Eli gets the career he does, taking place right here in the guild~

KKMC in a nutshell:
Several mentions have been made in various places of a “Miri” at the Cottage. While this is not the time for the full story, it boils down to this:

Mena, Eli, and Missy were surprised at the sudden appearance of one Miribelle ‘ne Olwyn, better known as ‘Miri’ at the cottage, and far more surprised to find out she was there seeking Shimy—because Shimy was an ‘Empress’. After a bit, the truth comes out: Shimy is originally from the same place as Miri, a country on the planet Phanes known as “Neo-Sovreem”. Neo-Sovreem is ruled by an Empress, and Shimy was one of the top candidates—until the other top candidate (Miri’s elder sister Nevre) was able to implicate Shimy on (false) charges of treason, and strip Shimy of her Contract with the Ti’ama Sennith (the Ti’ama of Phanes). Shimy entered a voluntary exile to Gaia, where she kept very quiet…Eli learns that his birth and training as a mahou shounen were planned after Mena failed to exhibit proper characteristics to follow Shimy’s path; Shimy decided to try again with a grandkid. She specifically trained Eli as her heir in the hopes that one day he would be able to help overthrow the current Empress (that former top candidate who had ‘cheated’ to get Shimy out of the way) and protect the human/Ti’ama hoard of Neo-Sovreem.

KKMC explores what happens when the Empress Nevre decides that it's too dangerous to allow Shimy's machinations to continue--and Shimy decides it's time she encourages her brood to take a more active hand in overthrowing the Empress.

Imperial magical girl assassins are sent to Hytech. You can guess where this is going... XDD

Participants will be divided into two camps: the kidnapped (Imperials like hostages) and the rescue team. If you'd like to volunteer, either post here or PM me~ ^__^

The full plot will technically not go into effect for probably at least another couple weeks if not longera really long time, so enjoy the prologue~

This sounds ridiculously amusing and fun. xD I’d volunteer Hunter, he’s be a useful ally, however it would hard to get him to er... co-operate as an ally. Unless someone he liked got kidnapped and then no power on earth (or Phanes) would stop him.

Sooo...current volunteer list is standing at Shimy&Co, Zane, Julien, Kisuke, probs!Hunter, and Katsu~ Ideally in the end I think I'll try and split the groups fairly evenly...there should be stuff going on with both ^^

I'll definitely be signing up Seth. ^_^ Though as to which group to throw him into you can decide yourself. He doesn't exactly have any special skill or weapons, but I don't think he'd be too bad with hand-to-hand combat. (Then again, since we are talking about fights against magic, I somehow don't picture him doing too well. ) Anyway, you can decide what to do with him, but we'll definitely be there. 3nodding

Definately in on this. I might allow Noelani to get kidnapped depending on those that get taken. She'll probably not put up a fight just to stick with them and ensure those kidnapped are safe. Otherwise ... she'd not allow herself to play the damsel for one bit. <3 XDDD

And I have to say, Zane would definitely be hilarious to have on the captured side. XP

The trouble with that is the Imperials are inclined to take hostages of value (ie, they attempt to snatch Shimy's heir Eli but end up with Zane) and I'm thinking they'll mostly ignore Lytes. Unless maybe Mono is mistaken for one of Eli's team...hmmm... (if they could mix up Eli and Zane, they could probably mix up Dashers and Dancers, sadly enough...)

The hostage group is not necessarily going to sit around on their hands, nor are they actually going to be mistreated (except for possibly those closest to Shimy&Co because the Empress really despises Shimy). Hostage-taking is more of a routine for them. Several of the Praetorate are actually only working for the Empress because she has hostages to keep them in line.
