Everyone knows Krystal as Fox's love interest. But not as many people know about Fara from the old comic, who at that time was also Fox's love interest. The only problem with Fara though is that she never appeared again and seemed to be replaced with Krystal.
Should they have left Fara or is Krystal a better choice? Talk about it here

As far as I know the comic is based on the Snes version of the game. In the comic she went off with Fox jr. Fox jr's father was Fox McCloud in the comic.
Why not leave Fox and Krystal be? Krystal has appeared in the games and we know she is canon. Fara on the other hand... She could easily be a girlfriend to Marcus Fox's son however. To me it makes more sense that way.

Fox and Krystal should just get together and stay together. Seriously. SF: Command just.... made me want to haul it across the room because of its various endings where you're not really sure which is canon (some more obvious than others).

Heh, agreed, though there have been several (admittedly under the table) announcements made from Nintendo on the matter, that suggests that they intend to stick to prequels to command for a while, and deal with the true cannon ending at a later date.
Also, I think my vote has to go with Krystal.

Also, I think my vote has to go with Krystal. I actually heard that too. Apparently there was something about them wanting to make a game that would give the "true" ending or at least explain what's canon. I really hope so though x_____x

I'd go for Krystal because she is the best. If Fara would exist in the game then Krystal would not be here today, so Krystal it is.
