Miyavi-San
Hey everyone. For all you J-rock fans and you don't know about Miyavi... You gotta listen to him ^____^... He is a very talented artist.. I have became very fond of him. I have drew him, i'll post it up after i scan it ^^...
So... I don't know very much of Miyavi, so if you would like to post some information about him, Please do so ^^

I love miyavi. Both when he was in the Dule quartz band, and now that he's a soloist. I absolutely LOVE his song shinkenkon baby. *sigh* miyavi... heart

Personally, I wouldn't call what sounds like random mumbling along with either screeching guitar or acoustic-ness altogether talented. neutral

I admit he does do alot of acoustic, heavy guitar and tends to shout scream often but Miyavi doesn't mumble much... xp
I think he sings great in his Miyavizism album. heart

As has been said, he was previously the guitarist for the band Due le Quartz and when the band dissolved he went straight into an indies contract as the solo artist Miyavi.
He and his band (yes, he has a static band) have released 3 albums (Gagaku, Galyuu and Miyavism) - one under the indies contract and 2 under a contract with PS Company. =3 It should be known that Chirolyn from Spreadbeaver (hide's band) has played live with Miyavi before. He's also collaborated with Daigo Stardust and performed live with him.
Miyavi's also done a movie called "Oresama" and is possibly one of the most narcissistic and self-absorbed people you'll ever know. He has his logo tattooed to his arm and demands his audience call him "oresama" during lives. He has a kitten whose name is highly debatable.
Personally, Miyavi has a grasp of so many musical styles, making him a master composer and his recording skills (yes, he records and aranges some of his own music at home, in his bedroom) are not only at par with actual technicians, but his arranging skills are magnificent. He is a visual artist and writes his music for a wide audience. He re-invents himself with every new single, creating a variety of characters and spanning his empire across many genres (try rock, hard rock, alternative rock, pop, pop-rock, latin-american and ballads).

Miyavi is pretty good i'd have to say though. . i think my fav. song still is kekkon shiki no uta kisetsu hazure no wedding march, i dunno why but i like it ahaha
