I worked for as a UTC(Unit Training Coordinator) and a co-Marketing Director position at a local quick-service franchise. In my duties, I worked fairly close with a woman about 15-ish years older than me.
Unfortunetally, she was attractive(a MILF, if you will), and I haven't been laid in over a year. Is this an excuse? No. I was going to quit the job due to me moving to another town. So, in my foolish and desperate attempt to get laid, I sent her a text message bluntly asking if she was interested in having sex with me. The reply was a harsh no.
In the end, I was "terminated" from my job before I could formally quit, and was blacklisted from the company for Sexual Harrassment. Now, not only do I need to find a new job in my new location, I must also due it with a bad background and in a fairly job-less economy.
So, I ask the older generation of LI, how I should go about applying for other jobs(any kind, not picky), and they ask "So, why did you stop working at your last job?" and other similar questions?

All right, I'm going to start by scolding, even though I'm sure you already know, what you did WAS inappropriate and WAS sexual harassment. You can't continue doing stuff like that.
But, If you didn't actually have charges pressed against you, you can just request that prospective employers not contact your previous employer in your job applications. Since this was your most recent job, you can say that you don't want them to know in case they might rehire you, or... whatever plausible reason you can come up with. Don't get extravagant with your lie.
