Lost in a sea of darkness
My shadowed life wains
However, I live
My heart still beats on and on
In vindication
Throughout my young years
I was but an little child
Inexperienced
Everything shinking
Everything grows smaller
My perceptions die
What is this world now
Do I slumber lucidly
I am disappearing
Revive me from sleep
These distant eyes demand sight
Please give it to me
Haiku is quite fun
Its poetry is lovely
Perhaps some later?
