so i have this budew my friend traded me for an egg, and i wanna get back at him by turning that budew into a level 100 behemoth: any stratigiez, move sets, or advice you can give to help me accomplish this?

max out its Special Attack and Speed.

My preffered moveset for Budew was

Giga Drain
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Sludge Bomb

max out its Special Attack and Speed.

that's good if you want to keep it as a Budew

if you wanted to evolve it totally I'ld say
max the speed and sp attack still

sludge bomb
energy ball
shadow ball
stun spore

you can actually use that set on a budew too

Well it has a 70 base Sp.D so i would go with something rounded/supportive

Substitute
Sludge Bomb /Toxic
Spikes
Energy Balln /Leaf Storm

Something like 100 HP || 52 Def || 200 Sp.Atk || 152 Sp.d

Come in on something that wouldn't mind it or a resisted special attack hide behind a sub and from there lay a layer of spikes,poison(or any stutus you want) or use your special attack...I like leaf storm because in a serious battle it would neeed a one hit shot and run attack

Psych Up would be interesting too...

If he uses something that would boost special or any stats I say take it,it'll be surprising and give it a bit of an edge.maybe replace spikes with it?

actually if he wants to use that budew he can't use any bred moves, so no Leaf Storm or Spikes
