1) What is the Training Difficulty on pets used for? (I assume that it means your stats must be at a certain level, then you can upgrade the Pet, but...)
2) How do I use it?

Oh, okay. I was wondering about that. ^^ *Looks at 50 Charisma and 15 Training Difficulty* Hmm... I see no problems in the future. XD Thank you very much.

I think you go to the Guardian Tower and do a quest there.
