Greetings. I have been discussing somethings with Dragoil and it appears as though she is going to allow me to run a loan operation for those of you who really want to get a Cougar but just can't afford it at the moment. Note that this is NOT A CHARITY You will be expected to pay back your loan. If you do not repay your loan then your kitten will be repossessed and likely resold. We will work something out depending on how much you have. Note that like any real loan you will end up paying back a bit more than you got in the loan.
The way that the "loan" will work.
1. We talk and work out how much you need and we work out a payment plan and the contract/loan.
2. I post the contact/loan in here and you agree to it.
3. You start trade with me and send me the agreed upon inital amount.
4. I send a trade to Dragoil with your name in the subject and the total amount of gold for the flatsale.
5. You make the payments agreeded upon. If you are forced to leave for a time then you MUST contact me through PM and we will attempt to set up some alternate arrangement. If you miss two payment sessions in a row then you will be considered to have defaulted on your payment and control of your Cougar will revert to me. I can then choose to sell it to make back my loss, or to keep it and role-play it from that point onward.
Also please note that I do not have a huge amount of liquid assets at my disposal. I buy one letter a month so I may or may not have enough to cover depending on when you catch me, and how much you need.

Contract with Black Lily
I Leonis Lelan am making a "loan" to the player known as Black Lily so that she might be able to obtain her Cougar. She has agreed to pay 2k of the gold upfront. She will send this trade and it will be completed upon acceptance of this agreement. Once the trade has been sent I will add the additional 2k necessary for the price of the flatsale Cougar and send the trade to Dragoil. Black Lily will then have 1 week from the time that my Trade to Dragoil is sent to repay me 1.1k per week until 2.2k has been paid. If she does not pay me that for two weeks in a row then she will considered to have defaulted on her loan and the possession of her Cougar will revert to me per above rules. If however she does make the payments on time or early, then the Cougar will be hers to do with as she wishs, with the rules of Roleplay set down by Dragoil.

Black Lily has Repayed me the debt she owed. The Cougar is now hers with no threat of removal to my possession.
