Occult interests: I've been interested in supernatural since elementary school, when I read through all the books our small local library had to offer about the subject (btw was happy to recognize the picture in your Library and Gallery forum). I've done and researched a little this and that, I'm not fanatic about anything. My interest in occult is waking up from a long slumber, and mostly I would like to experiment more with gemstones, runes and norse myths.
Perhaps obvious, but I'm more likely to be fascinated by series, movies and books if they are related to supernatural myths or witchcraft. My favourite tv-show is Buffy and of anime, Fruits Basket. I like to read mostly fantasy and romance books. One series worth mentioning is Margit Sandemo's The Legend of the Ice People.

Occult interest: Have wavered over the years. Most of my research has only been done for impractical knowledge. I was very into the TV series Millennium years back which lead to interests in the Illuminati and demon mythos. I had a long following of the anime "Hellsing," and am currently vice captain of the most prominent Hellsing guild on gaia ( The Hellsing Organization Guild). Over the years I have gotten rather burnt out on the vampire genera. I still very much appreciate dark and creepy things. There is a lot of interesting beings in history that are not given much acknowledgment. I still find myself picking up and playing Diablo 2 every now and again. Some reason I can't get enough of it.
I am not really a follower of any occult studies and I don't really do anything that is classified as occult. Less you consider rarely playing D&D an occult practice.

Well... I guess Ghosts. Tho' they freak me out to no end! (The Haunted Mansion here at Disneyland still gives me the jebees! But OH! That Constance Hatchaway!). If I can, I will watch marathon episodes of "Ghost Hunters", I do enjoy the occational ghost story. But movies? Current ones don't do it for me, but the older ones are just, *Shivers* whoo! They're good.
Oh yes, I rarely ever read/delve into ghost/haunted stuffs after dark. Yeah, seriously. >.>

Hello to all that don't know me all ready.
My name is Erica, I am 23 and live in Nevada. Right now I am a stay at home mom, but we will see how long that can last. I am a pieces, and a complete water baby. I am not sure what parts of the occult actual interest me at the moment. My life is kind of restarting at the moment, so learning to have my own opinions on things like this is kind of new and interesting. I will try to be more active on gaia, it just might take me a little while. I would like to join in some RPs, but please give me a while.
