DARK AVENGERS its fricking great! and we are only on issue four! SENTRY!!!!! ripped that womans head off and she kills him but he comes back!!! hes difinatly one of marvels most powerful! the others in the team are also amazing Venom, Bullseye, Ares, Daken, Noh-Varr, Moonstone and the Iron Patriot (Norman Osborn) so far its an amazing read and well worth the few pounds or dollars!

the iron patriot is awesome because it's a completley new character, and his suit and name is crazy.

but my favorite is daken, especially wearing his dads old costume which is the best one.

Ah for me it's a toss up between Iron Patriot/ Norman Osborn and Captain Marvel/ Noh-Varr. Just seeing the added dimension to Norman especially through the scenes between he and the Sentry. It was really a breath of fresh air and it made you sympathetic to him and his plight but at the same wonder when and how badly he'll fall from grace when the time comes.

Then there's Captain Marvel. Thanks to a friend who introduced me to the character and his original Marvel Boy mini, I've been a fan. He's really a great character in my eyes that was pretty much put on the back burner for so long and now to see him as a part of a mainstream team makes me happy. Although I do wish he were used more in the comics, so far we've only have one major issue that had Noh-Varr in it and I want some more Captain Marvel! I hope after the whole Utopia (as it seems that Noh won't be a part of it) that they really start further developing his character. Noh is pretty much a tragic hero who lost everything and perhaps is trying to find something in this new world that took everything from him. I want to see more of him!

I think Noh wins the honors of my favorite Dark Avenger just from that little rambling.
