To the south of the cliffs lies the Caeli Ocean -- beautiful, endless, and seemingly unreachable from the cliffs.
But if you're smart enough to have gone through the White Caverns, and dared the maze, there are several beaches down here -- with white sand, soft and surprisingly warm to the paws -- or talons. The ocean itself is probably quite cold, but the froth from the sea is beautiful ... especially at sunset or sunrise. The cliffs behind, at that time, are generally a rosy, lazy red.
However, in bad storms, the water can completely cover the beach and the rocks ... and trap those that might be out here.

Ani sniffs the delightful salty air. Sighing contentedly, she eases herself into the warm sand, the little white grains glittering like tiny pearls. Ani watches as a blue-green wave smashes against the beach, spraying droplets of water and flecks of white foam everywhere. And again. And again. To be near the sea, to hear it, to see it...her greatest pleasure in life. Digging herself deeper into the soft sand, Ani slowly drifts off to sleep.
((I can only hope I did that right redface ))

((You did great. ;D))
Something is lounging on a rock nearby -- a fluffy, blue-gray little creature. Exceedingly fluffy. He seems built for the cold climate here, with his thick ruff, long ears contentedly curling back against his skull. Half-asleep at the arrival of the newcomer, he doesn't really take too much notice of Ani -- at first.
Eventually, however, one crimson eye pops further open: slowly, as if it were an effort to do so. His lithe tail whips against his hocks, the metal from a tail bracelet jangling harshly against the rosy-red stone.
"Oy! Doncha got anywhere else to be, 'stead of lazying all day in the sun, kitten?"

((*hopes she does alright as well*))
*A short yawn came from the muzzle of the bluish colored creature as he lazed about on the warm beaches. He hadnt been here for long but he knew instantly it was a good place to stay. Rolling around onto his back Bandit would give a heavy sigh as he looked up into the suns rays. Squinting as they become too bright Bandit re-rolls off of his back and places his feet back down onto the sandy rock.*

Ani lazily opens one eye, calmly replying to the fluffy thing, "I do what I please, if you please or don't, please. Thank you very much." Her voice has a a lilting Irish accent. She draws herself up haughtily then says, "And right now, I please to go for a swim. If you please. Or don't." Ani begins to head off into toward the sea. With her snout tipped snootily toward the sky, she doesn't see Bandit and almost trips over him. Scowling furiously, she demands, "Pray tell, must you block the path-a-ways u-pon an fairly empty beach?"

What is this, busy-day on the wharf? Tristin hasn't seen anyone in these lands for quite some time -- he's gotten used to nice solitude, and the newcomers are only welcomed grudgingly. Therefore, he guffaws as Ani almost falls over Bandit, and flashes the female a lazy grin -- "Oy, I wouldn't do that, if I were you." His red eyes are guileless and innocent, tail swishing. " ... 'tis cold in that there ocean, even during summer. It ain't the warmest climate here, fuzzy-tail."
The male leaps elegantly down from his boulder, landing onto the ivory sand with practiced ease that looks odd with his bulky form. He strolls languidly across the sand towards the duo, somehow larger than each of them, brows carelessly raised.

A slight smile almost as cold as the sea appears on Ani's face. She gives a short, barking laugh. "Like I mind the cold!" she retorted. And just to prove it, she dips a paw into the water. Though she shivers slightly, she does not retreat from the waters.

*Eyes wide at the sudden appearance of the other Bandit moved out of the way in the nic of time to avoid the collision* "Hey watch where you going!" *He said with a tone of annoyance on his breath. After the other left the rock Bandit resumed to where he lay but instead he went to the side of the rock. Laying on his stomack again he let his paws dangle off of the side. Watching the others warily he wondered why the female had gone into the water.... their would be NO way youd get Bandit in their. Bandit hates water, the cold touch and just... ick..*

A critter leaped back and forth on several large rocks just down the beach, playful giggles erupting softly and drifting via wind. She was small, a child obviously, enjoying the quiet aloness and contentment of the beach and shores. As she leapt onto one of the rocks, the small Rishlan slipped, causing her to sprawl her legs and grip the sides of the slippery stone as she slide down, landing softly on the sand. Looking rather puzzled, she leapt upon the smaller of the two rocks, and continued with her leaping.

((Mind you... both twins will be RP'd in this color xd ))
Down the beach side, giggling seemed to echo against some of the rocks. Playing amongst the sand, two Rishlan kittens dressed in a very similar manner seemed to pounce upon each other. The soft powder-like sand kicked up almost everywhere around them, causing them every so often to squint their eyes so that the dust wouldn't harm their vision.
Though the twins were far from the water, their laughter could be heard lifting up almost as if it were song.

Kenshin walked about the beachy shore. He was kind of bored at the moment. He looked about to see if anyone was around.

Ani's legs, then body, then head, begins to shudder from the icy waters. Biting her lip to stop her teeth chattering, she defiantly holds her head up and walks deeper into the ocean.

Hmmff. This is all getting rather crowded. The mountain rishlan glares sullenly at the creatures that have interrupted his afternoon snooze on the beach, ruffling his fur irritably. Buggers! This was his little strip of beach. Normally it's quiet, but today ... psah! The big fuzzy brute turns his back on the rest and begins to head up the slope, paws sinking slightly in the white sand due to his bulk and weight. Mmft. He'll find somewhere *else* to rest for awhile.

Ani, upon seeing Tristin leaving, quickly stepped out of the ocean, glad to have an excuse to do so. "Wait!" she cried. "Where are you going?"

*Looking down from his point of view Bandit noticed that it was slightly... unwantingly crownded here now. Huffing slightly he proceaded to stand up and walk off of the boulder. He wasnt good in crowds.... he was more of a loner byinstinct. Taking one last glace at the beach the blue bandid one walked away to find another place.*
