Yes, we all hate them. I hate them as well. But I will make them because I don't want to totally get screwed out of 20K or more. That would suck to hell and I would have to kill many people before I would find out who did what. But that is a story for another day.
1) Follow the TOS! This is a no brainer! A 5 year old can follow this rule! So unless you are a new born or are just as stupid as a box of rocks, follow this rule! Yeah, I insulted some people there, but literally, you spend 20K for something and lose it.
2) Respect the fellow members of the guild. I don't care if you don't agree with what they say, don't sit there and tell them they are wrong because you are right. That isn't how it works. Because I can sit here and tell you both that you are stupid and need to get a brain and a half before you start making arguments in my forum. Leave your anger and hate at the door please.
More will come as they are needed. I figure people know the implied rules, but if I have to I will type them out.

People can be really nasty and vicious when it comes to proving a point eek crying
And i know the creator of this forum wouldn't want to kick people out because of a few mean words being exchanged.

Yeah, that is true. Respect is key here. I am big on respecting everyone. It doesn't matter what your rank, age, or race is. Everyone should be treated as equals.

Just a bit of a warning: I may not always be respectful. Especially if I'm not in a good mood. But that's only because I have a short fuse on my temper. I may get angry easily, but I calm down fast... Usually... Unless I have good cause to stay angry. But, I normally try to respect everyone and be nice... >.> And I talk a lot...

With the respect rule, you have to follow it as close as you can. That doesn't mean everyone develop a rage complex, but please do what you can.
