What would a guild be without a games thread? Well, a guild owned by a gamer anyway. For all you awesome gamers out there, post what you know, give hints and tips for beating that final boss in that one game that nobody played but you. And be proud to show that you have no clue how to approach the opposite sex unless she is an undead zombie and you have a rifle in hand.

I used to play it all the time, but i had some trouble with my computer a lil' while ago
so its not installed anymore...but thats probably a good thing sweatdrop

Yeah, the Sims games are some very cool games. Though I haven't had the chance to play one yet. No one will let me steal, I mean borrow, their copy of the game.

Yay, more Sims fans! =D
I never get very far in Sims 2, since 95% of my time playing it is spent making stuff in Body Shop. I have an insane amount of custom content in my game.
That leaves me kind of frustrated with Sims 3, though, since the custom content works entirely different. I like being able to take a mesh and design whatever details I like on it, as opposed to the patterns and stuff on Sims 3. Also, while a few hours in Body Shop can leave me with a rather realistic-looking sim (I was so proud of my Sheldon Cooper sim when I finally got him right....and ZQ!Spock isn't bad either....) I have yet to figure out how to make a sim in Sims 3 that doesn't end up looking like Michael Jackson. xp
I guess it's like anything else new; I'll just have to get used to it.

I've never made anything with the custom content thinga-mah-jig, mainly because i haven't bought the program for it. blaugh
If i did, i'd probably spend just as much time as you do on it, Invisible Jellybean. xd

Well i got the Sims 2 Double Deluxe game, and i didn't get a cd for making custom content,
just a bonus DVD thing that showed previews of other Sims games and other stuff.
I thought the only way you could do it was to go on the net or something
and that is where you make the custom content and download other peoples' content. eek neutral confused
